Each chapter has a penultimate boss battle which will be tough as nails, excluding superbosses. This one shown here has an agility of 35! When compared to your party's agility of roughly 23, Haste is blistering fast. He also can slap your team silly if you aren't careful, so keeping your HP up is a MUST, especially that pink-haired ferry captain.
