"Beyond just legal concerns, we believe expanding DACA in this manner would be unwise for several reasons,” said a statement released Thursday by the group. “Extending DACA through executive action is not a permanent solution to our immigration system’s shortcomings. . .Our Authentic 49ers Jerseys Sale country needs a durable solution that only bipartisan legislation, supported by majorities in both houses of Congress, can provide.”

ABINGTON (CBS) South Shore parents are being targeted by a new and terrifying twist on an old scam.

According to Rockland and Abington Police there have been a number of reports of people receiving phone calls on their cell phones and being told their children have been kidnapped.

(Reuters) - Ebay Inc will buy payment gateway Braintree for about $800 million to strengthen its PayPal unit's presence on mobile devices and take out a rapidly growing rival.

PayPal, the dominant online provider of payment services, has been trying to fend off a clutch of fast-rising competitors such as Braintree, Intuit Inc's GoPayment and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey's Square Inc.

The deal gives Ebay access to Braintree's Venmo, an app that lets consumers make payments on smartphones and tablets, an area in which EBay wants to be more involved.

"We believe that this deal makes reasonable sense strategically as it expands PayPal's distribution and Cheap Giants Jerseys On Sale removes a competitor," RBC Capital Markets analyst Mark Mahaney said.

Mishawaka, Ind. The Mishawaka School Board must decide whether to scale back spending or consolidate with a neighboring school district, following the failure of a $28 million referendum last month.

The measure would have paid for major capital improvements necessary to keep schools safe and functioning.

Superintendent Terry Barker says the board must now take action to address the funding shortfall.
