When can i get the unknown unlock, because i have completed all the Spartan ops missions for every episode and it is already November 24 so when can i get it?

im having trouble with the 3 episodes of spartan ops one, i've done the 4 that are currently out and apparently i have not met the requirements, are there any more details on this?

Oh and GunnRunner and babby you two are probly just not near good enough to beat a modder and not smart enough to report them. and bungie did have alot of extreme modders just Halo Reach was out for what 4 years before halo 4, so they of course had much more time to work out their system but you also have to remember bungie and 343 were both involved until now
