Spartan Ops should be able to be downloaded from somewhere and then taken home to enjoy without us having to fork over 50 bucks for Xbox live Gold. At least in the previous 3 Halo games we had firefight which was still a lame excuse for a game mode. Plus would it kill you guys to put in AI bots for multiplayer for the people who don't have internet so that the multiplayer maps are more than just a novelty item. Gears Of War pulled it off very well why can't you do the same. Jesus people look past your wallets. With campaign scoring taken away I have no way of getting experience points to unlock the extra armor and stuff. Bungie would have done a lot better. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just get the 3 months of XBL everytime you run out of it? I mean, it's only like 20$ or so. I think the Spartan Ops is petty good for some extra points and such. I think the game is great.

I agree. I shouldn't have to pay for xbox live membership in order to play spartan ops. I don't even play online games, so to pay for a membership I am hardly going to use for a single game is asinine, not to mention it was free to play the previous halo games' firefight mode. Don't screw this up 343 on your first shot. The campaign was great but I would appreciate a change to this dilemma.
