Hi i'm becoming very frurtsated with this game can you help me please ? I cannot buy diamonds i click on the tab to buy and a white screen will come to the middle of the screen then Nothing.

why wont the game let me login i go to the main login sreen enter my name and password then press login and the serecn goes slightly darker and doesnt login it just stays on the main serecn what is the solution for this
