We are getting more insight about changes since E3 multiplayer built. DominoTheory stated via twitter: "Overshield invincibility is gone in newest build, Carbine a tad nerfed, and Pistol has unknown changes." & "Thruster also goes to 3rd person view as their way of balancing it in the newest build.". Mastrbiggy also stated: "Promethean vision nerfed" I'll update this article if anything else is added. Do note these changes aren't at SDCC, but at the 343i offices. The radius is similar to that of a plasma grenade explosion. At long last Friday's Halo 4 fiction panel has been posted online.
