Yes, i agree Revelations was not the best game they have made in the series. Although, it was a good game and nice story . Also, i am so hyped for this game, and thank you for posting on this topic, it helps lots.

Have you ever played, Blacklight: Tango down ? If not, you should see how bad this "forerunner vision might be" seriously. It will be over powered and unfair, and will be a big annoyance, not only to me but other players as i see it. Let's get back on topic though. Spartan ops, should be renamed differently, it does sound a bit call of duty, but as they said. "it will not be like any other title" i don't know if i believe that fully, but i trust them.

I do not mind this at all, gives us more variety and enjoyment. Only thing i hate (off topic i know) is forerunner vision.

Right, so for those of you who don't know, PAX East took place from the 6th of April to the 8th, during which, a new gameplay demo for Assassin's Creed III was shown. While the demo has not yet hit the internet, screenshots and information about the demo have been released to the general public. Here's the demo from a story point of view: It takes place in 1775 during the battle of Bunker Hill, with Connor's mission to assassinate a British official named John Pitcairn, who is also a Templar. As the battle commences, Connor moves throughout the American ranks trying to reach Pitcairn who was at the peak of a hill. Dodging cannon-fire, Connor decides to take a different, more indirect path towards Pitcairn, through the trees. Continuing on his way, Connor comes across a group of Redcoats. Proceeding to slaughter them, Connor continued on towards the British camp. Once there, Connor located Pitcairn and made his way towards him, before using his tomahawk to kill him. A nice little demonstration. Seeing as the time span of the game is from 1753 to 1783, looks like this was somewhere in the middle, leaning more towards the end. From a gameplay point of view, from the demo we learn that: Connor has a different moveset from Ezio and Altaïr. For example, the player can choose to slide under a low hanging branch or vault over it. Tree gameplay has been shown in-depth, how Connor moves through the trees and how he uses the branches to traverse gaps and such. It was also stated by the developer that the tree climbing mechanism was made to be very realistic and not "Tarzan like". The hidden blade is in the game and will continue to play a large part in the game, putting to ground the rumors that said the tomahawk would replace the hidden blade. Demonstration of Ubisoft's new and more powerful game engine that allows them to portray up to 2,500 NPC's on screen at one time. Demonstration of the new and more fluid combat mechanisms. Multiple-counters were shown as well as a feature that allows Connor to take an enemy hostage, and use him as a human shield. The hidden gun will also make a reappearance. New gadgets were also shown in action like the rope dart, which Connor uses to string up his enemies. New stealth elements have been added. For example, while walking slowly, Connor will automatically move stealthily such as ducking into bushes and staying behind cover. Something known as a Stalking Zone, similar to a hiding spot was unveiled but the details are a bit unclear. That's about all that was shown in the PAX East 2012 demo, and I'm not sure if the demo will be shown online. Lastly I leave you with some screenshots taken from the demo. Um, i do not how they can be compared. Mw3 is a arcade fast fps shooter, that benefits lots of casual and skilled players equally. Battlefield 3, is on the lines of realisim, better graphics, and large scale maps. Even though i like both games, i can not vote. I like mw3 for the quickness, customizations, and the new mode they have. Battlefield 3 for graphics, large maps, and it can feel real sometimes. I can not vote but only state my opinion sorry.

For the mods who doesn't think this thread should be here, you can remove it. Well once, me and my brother accidently set fire to a field..and grass area in my grandfathers back yard. Me and my brother tried putting it out, but we went screaming to my grandpa who got a watering hose and a rake lol, and help us put it out. He was so mad at us he did not even speak to use for awhile, my mom got home oh boy, she was mad, luckily my dad wasn't there and did not know about it till later and he didn't do anything. This all started because it was a windy day, me and my brother was playing with matches. I thought i had put it out (even stomped on it) and it still caught fire to the dry weeds/field. This happened when i was 12 years old, and this is why you do not play with fire kids!

First of all, casual gamers are the majority. Secondly, there are skilled players (not MLG OMG PROZ) MLG are just try hards (no offence), that like Reach, i happen to be one of them when i am in the mood to deal with it. Thirdly, what give you the right to tell 343, and casuals this and that? Fourth, what makes a 1-50 system so great, i have played halo 3, and it just promotes stacked teams. This is why the system needs to be re-worked, for people who want to play alone, or want to do a playlist with a stacked team. Winning is not Skill. A game is to have fun, respect the title, and make cool friends and have nice competition. You sir are not a gamer in my eyes.

Well, you should put "besides Halo" because we all LOVE HALO. Anyways, it has to be gears of war 3, my 2nd pick because i love third person. It has a very good campaign, and is re-playable quite nicely. Multiplayer takes getting used to but, when you get good it feels so better than getting kills on any other game. Horde mode is a nice edition as well, really shows teamwork and how long you can keep going. Also, it has a nice community, sometimes bad like any other game. It is balanced, except the sawed off, a noob gun. That is why i like Gears of war 3.

Lol, kidding aside, we shouldn't post names of people, others may feel left out and sad because of such things, we are all equal here, yes some may be better, but every on contributed, on your long stay here. The awkward moment when, you think you have failed, but you win but your team mate ruins it for you (capturing flags/cores/KOTH).

I had problems with my cords, till i plugged them back in properly. I also beat (my old xbox) because this disk wouldn't work, tried fixing it by taking it apart ( i know how), was old and needed to be replaced anyways, it was starting to wear out and stuff (not due to mis-use though, was just old).My new xbox is so much better lol.

Yeah should be moved, and forerunner vision seems so cheap and stupid, and will be complained about a lot. It was the most annoying thing ever, in Blacklight: Tango Down, for those who have played you know what i mean by that. Of course it makes it faster, but do you want to be seen all the freaking time when you want to sneak around your enemies, or surprise them, set up ambushes. Also, i find nothing wrong with "spartan ops", it might sound CoD, but it is more variety. Glad the BR is back too.

Just a quick update, i really haven't seen any fighting lately, when i am on anyways. If i catch anyone doing so (gets out of hand from a friendly debate) i will contact and report the individual(s). Enjoy the forums guys, even though i had..my share of fights, i have learned one thing, even if you hate the person no need to lash out. I hate people on this site not going to lie, and i know they are the things i say in my head, but do i really need to say it, no. They know they are these things, and i am sure they think the same. Best thing to do is avoid them, ignore them in prefs and try to be nice to them so others will follow and keep new members from acting up too. Also, you don't want to get temp banned or perm banned do you honestly guys? King out.

I agree with "spartan ops", "assault carbine", and "random drop pods of random power weapons", maybe "double x to spawn quicker" but this can be bad (double tap x to spawn). What i do not agree with this the purchasing and upgrades of guns/abilities, and i hate the idea/fact of forerunner vision, it sounds so cheap and annoying, anyone who has played blacklight tango down, you know what i mean.
