    Been playing since CE, My favourite campaign would have to be ODST and my favourite multiplayer would be CE, mostly because it was my introduction to LAN parties and nothing can compare to that feeling I had.

    F.Y.I. If you have epix you can go to there website and get a free 14day trial and you do not need a credit card. I'll be honest and say that you'll probably see all the movies you want to see in those 14 days, their library isn't all that spectacular but once again can't hurt to check out if it's free

    I really hope they reveal a new trailer also, heck, it's the only reason i'm watchin. The VGAs would be a great opportunity for them to give us a new teaser trailer as it's a fairly big audience they'll be reaching. Hopefully you guys voted for Halo 4 as the most anticipated game!

    Actually I know quite a few people that got the pre order bonus w/out pre ordering. Now don't quote me on this, but as long as you get the codes, it should work just fine. I heard rumour that they embellished the pre order numbers a bit and thus there is an overstock of pre order anniversarys floating around and at this point I don't think walmart cares if you pre ordered or not, they just want the money, once again this is just a rumour I heard.

    I'm with biggles on this, I would think it would be an open beta considering they didn't include it with anniversary, which if they were going to do an invite beta, it would of made sense that they would of released it with anniversary.

    Very good info! Hunters are indeed a pain in Reach. I had been playing anniversary for awhile and was used to those hunters (which are waaay easier to kill) and then got back to the reach campaign found a hunter, went in guns a blazin and BAM reality check. A tip for Oni, is not to drop the target locater after destroying the first 2 wraiths, you get more ammo when you get to the next checkpoint and it comes in real handy.

    I am a fan of the 85% bloom, the dmr feels just about right to me and I love the needle rifle with these settings. Slowly but surely 343i is smoothing out the gameplay and I approve!

    Was in college, right before christmas break, and one of my good buddies invited me to a LAN party, said we're playing this game called halo, now before halo the only fps games I played were golden eye and perfect dark on the N64 and I played the snot out of those. It was almost scary how quick I was sucked into halo, it was one of those moments where everything just felt right, almost like it found me and not the other way around and that was just the multiplayer, once I got a box and delved into the campaign though, it became a full fledged addiction for the next....... Okay so it's still an addiction

    I am very pleased with the update, nice and clean feeling, the beacons might be a bit much though.

      It's not a big deal, just too many notifications for my liking. I don't need to know that someone "has" not "is" played/playing the game I am. I just turned them off :)
