Request for using the Halo TVShow as a reaction video

Hello im a halo fan and wanted to know that can be the Halo TV show used in a video without getting copyright? I want to know if there permission for it to use, cause I'm been planning an reaction video about it but im afraid of the copyright claim. So I want the devs approval for this.
