Is anyone going to answer? I've been waiting for almost a day and still no reply.

I read on a Halo website that in the Forerunner books Forerunners aren't supposed to laugh and that the Didact laughed once but it was considered rude and unusual. If someone could shed some light on this query I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
