    Halo 5 wasn't built for people to host servers so obviously it won't support "PC like" server settings. If you continue to have trouble with certain people kick them from the game from the lobby and/or advise people to just mute them and block communications, report them with a file complaint and set the lobby to invite only to keep them out. That's the most you can do with the way Halo 5 was built. Just remember the game was never built to support full control.

    Try looking from one end of the map to the other on Entombed and the icy map with the see through bridges (can't remember the name)

    It's not only on Pegasus. Just about every revamped BTB map has it on the longer sight lines.

    I like how much more humble it looks compared to the Halo tournaments today. People lose their minds over a simple Rocket Launcher Double Kill whereas nowadays people barely let out a "meh" and a slowclap when the same thing happens. Also was the quality of the stream always that blurry or is it because it's probably the copy of a copy of a copy?

    Fun fact: The Master Chief was originally intended to be the last cyborg of his "kind" as is stated on the back cover of the original case. The first in-game chapter is called "AI's and Cyborgs first" referring to the Chief and Cortana having to abandon ship. I was about 6 years old when I played CE for the first time and to this day I still find joy, be it nostalgic or not, in playing the campaign. Music still gives me fond memories and bumps.

    Reach was the first Halo I payed for myself and got on release. Like I mentioned in a previous post I had to leech off of my neighbours console and games so getting this on release and diving in feet first was quite the experience. I was so glad that the Title Update from 343i came around to fix the Armor Lock nonsense and make bloom less of an annoyance. And even after all my time spent playing SP, MP and custom games I never hit the max rank.

    The reason why vehicles are so hijackable in Halo 5 is because Sprint+Thrust makes you almost as fast as most vehicles and faster than the heavy vehicles. If the could nerf the range and "sweet spot" of the hijack prompt area and make it so that 9/10 hijacks aren't complete BS then that would be a step in the right direction. Also maybe make the heavy vehicles some more resistant to hijack attacks to counter their slow movement to prevent every tank being destroyed by a single grenade.

    Well yeah... when you put it that way it kinda does sound like that Halo 5 is just so close to being an epic game were it not for some questionable decisions.

    Jackals... Jackals with Sniper Rifles... The way I discovered it kinda speaks for itself. Also breaking out of the maps was a fun way to pass the time when you played through the campaign for the tenth time. And getting skulls!

    As long as weapons have their own lil' niche I'm fine with them and I think Halo 5 has found the most perfect balance between all "starters" you can get. In the right hands there's no way a different niche weapons outperforms the other. On large Warzone and BTB maps the DMR is surely an underappreciated weapon. Remember when Waypoint was full of people crying about not having the DMR because of the REQ system?

    Last time I checked the only thing wrong with the MCC was the laughable playercount. Didn't they patch most of not all major issues?

    If we got Halo 5's MP without REQs, increased customisation levels (at least on par with what we had in H3), unlocks through achievements/feats and an original trilogy-esque story with the expanse and size of Halo5's campaign... Then I think we'd be all set for an epic installment!

    Found an old Windows 98 install disc and manual back in the work storage. The barbarians were going to throw it away! Couldn't save the trackball mouse and driver update floppy discs though
