Well Halo 2 SWAT does have some hitreg problems. Halo 2 in general has that without the dedicated servers... Last night I shot a guy in the head 3 times with a Sniper Rifle in Halo 2. I saw the little yellow marks that I hit his shield but the damage wasn't dealt! He was even standing still for crying out loud! Same thing happens in Halo 2 SWAT more often than not.

Try doing it that way anyway for the cache clear, might still work. Worst case scenario is that you might have to solo that part/level. Report it to the Waypoint forums anyway so they might look into it somewhat further.

Xbox customer support has led you to the wrong site then. It happens from time to time. Halowaypoint is the official forum of 343i, but I doubt they can help you any further. Besides that, the beta acces is part of the Xbox Live Preview Programme so MS support should be the ones helping you out here.

Unfortunately we cannot do that. And just saying yours don't work won't get you news ones either I suppose...

The beta will be unlocked in the "extra's" tab on December 29th for all who own the MCC. The people you see playing the beta now have early acces through the Xbox One Preview Programme in which random people are selected to join. They take part in testing new features that might or might not come to the Xbox One once it passes the testing phase.

Wierd, I haven't heard anything like this from players. Try clearing the cache of your xbox by holding the on/off button on the console for 8 seconds. Your Xbox turns off completely that way. Just reboot it after that and see if that fixes the issue. Sorry this is not the official 343i forum, that's Halowaypoint. It does look pretty official doesn't it

Some people are abusing the lack of booting in some of the Halo games. Just quit the match when these people ruin your game...

The thumbsticks did kinda screw up in the latest update, expect it to be adressed ASAP. More playlists will be added as soon as the game is fixed It is true that you'll be set back to the menu after each game. This is due to severe problems when consecutive sessions were still in place. The game report takes a tad long from time to time, have some patience and only when you're sure it won't continue reboot the game. All playlists should result into matches, some take longer than others due to population differences. For the quickest results I suggest Team Slayer and Anniversary Slayer.

The Waypoint forums aren't too friendly no, a small breach of any rule will result in a permanent ban. Having a second account is against the rules too thus it was banned. Advantage of this forum is (shameless advertising) that we work with warnings in the form of warning points. Breaking the rules might result in warning points which can restrict you to use certain features like the shoutbox or even posting at all. GTA V: Heists! Since this game was released GTA V playes have waited for the illusive heist expansion. And now finally, after a year, it is finally here! HEISTS!!! After being delayed multiple times people were starting to lose hope of ever being able to do co-op heists with friends in GTA Online. But when Rockstar confirmed that heists would be coming to GTA Online on the Xbox One and PS4 we all regained faith. But nothing was released with this announcement. Now we have solid proof. In the form of a trailer that is. Trailer down here: The heists will require you to be at least level 12 and you'll need to plan it out thoroughly. The "mission leader" will have to talk with Lester to start setting everything up. He'll pick the crewmates, assign the roles, divide the money and invest the money needed. After that is settled you'll start preperations which is different each heist. For example getting a getaway car. After that you'll need to look for an entrance, forcefully or silently. Then you'll need to find you way into the vault to steal the money again with force or silent. Next comes the grand escape. Escape succesfully to keep the cash and secure your cut. Happy hunting! Initially we'll get more than 20 missions which translates to roughly 20 hours. The missions will be replayable and will hold different rewards for completing it in certain ways. Halo 3 and 4 have the booting option, Halo 2 and CE do not. It's just the way it was and is. I usually just quit the game when my teammates behave like that.

I think it still works, at least it did work last time I tried. You really need to hit the sweetspot on this one.

The ranks as of now are to be taken with a grain of salt, they do not represent true skill and people are getting set back to level 1 or somewhat higher all the time. 343i is planning to, when the game is fixed, release ranks for more playlists (the playlists with "ranking coming soon" in the description) and along with it reset the ranks for all players so everything can start from scratch.

This is exactly what I was wondering when I replayed Halo 4, how do these Elites look so much different? And reading all the posts here leads me to believe that Elites, just like humans, have different looking tribes/races/groups. I like the Elites in H2A much more though. This is one... huge... post... I did very much enjoy this first book though, you can count me in for the second
