Can you give some more detail on what happens when you try to start the game up? Does it freeze? Does it provide an error message/code?

It might be because you had to get said achievements before Halo 5's release although I'm not sure. Try checking your campaign progress (did everyhting really register as completed on Legendary?). Sometimes the registration of difficulty completion screws up.

MS support is useless 9 out of 10 times. Try finding a game in Warzone FF, that playlist is hugely populated at the moment so if you can't find a game there I'm out of ideas

But have you tried powercycling your Xbox to turn it off completely? Hold the power button of your Xbox for 10 seconds or so untill it turns off, then just simply wait a few seconds and turn it back on again. Usually when your Xbox remains on Stand-by the game you were playing is still "running" in the background and this usually causes some connectivity problems.

Your best shot to get a response by 343i or get help by the community is to head over to Halowaypoint as that is the offcial forum. Well this ain't the official forum so no Dev will hear you here. Addressing your points below: 1. Warzone FF is indeed hard, but have you played the beta? It was the easiest thing ever except for defending the garage from a Promethean onslaught. Becasue of this a lot of people wanted to see Firefight be a tough challenge like it was back in ODST again, and 343i delivered. Work together as much as possible and USE YOUR REQS! Some objectives are indeed harder than other and some to the point of being nearly impossible (3 Wardens in de homebase) but with focus fire and strategy it can all be done. However I've never had a hard time protecting any objectives in the last round, just spawn a Tank or another heavy vehicle and you should be good to go. 2. The amount of enemies is glorious, just take caution and don't die. Shoot untill your shield drops or gets low and get back into cover, reload, and do it all again. Also, Pheatons aren't that hard. A bit of focus fire on the critical spot on the belly of it and it'll crumble in no time. Me myself have won more than I've lost and definitely made it past round 3. Thing is that you have to use your Vehicles and Power weapons, you won't get anywhere with your loadout weapons past round 2/3.

Coldfreeze wasn't able to do anything like that when he had it. He just said that his screen was blank aside from the default HUD elements and that the HUD told him he had 2 Assault Rifles while only having one and the Plasma Launcher.

So we were playing around in Warzone FF when Coldfreeze got his hands in this: He couldn't do anything with it but said that he once managed to do a combat roll like the elites were able to do in Halo Reach. Thoughts?
