I'm sorry to inform you that we're not 343i and can't do anything about your problem.
343i generally isn't the one calling bans, that's Microsoft. Good luck getting your account back from them as they're tough as nails when it comes to lifting bans.
You broke the rules, you knowingly broke them and thus deserve to be banned. I cannot see why microsoft would lift your ban.

The dynamic elements were added in the remade maps. The original maps without the elements will still make a return.

Then onto the "I hate 343i" part. What has 343i ever done wrong? I mean Halo 4 is their first Halo game, they try to change things up a little instead of shipping Halo 3.5 which apparently a lot of people wanted... A Halo 3.5
Sure they made a few mistakes here and there, but didn't Bungie make mistakes too? Cut them some slack will you.

Killcams and theatre aren't very trustworthy. Maybe you just lagged for a bit? Corner shots happen very occasionally in yellow ping bar games.
