Same here, but like I said on the other thread, if enough people (or even if barely anyone) want to do a playdate, we could have a community map on xbox or a community server on PC if we set up some kinda system to have it paid for by more then 1 person... Btw, for the "Would you rather play it on PC or Xbox" question, why not add a "Doesn't matter which one" answer?

I think the crawler looks kind of like a lambent wretch from Gears of War. Most likely it will be speedy and might jump off of walls or climb the walls at the very least. Probably a stealthy preadator. The watcher on the other hand... looks like a monitor fused with a fairy (like the little floaty ones not the sexuality reference). They might be like the engineers or, like you said, like the sentinels.

No actually Dan, I'm pretty sure the Unggoy (grunts) were the first to come in contact with humans. The deacon aboard the kig-yar ship in the beginning when they attack the freighter, if I'm correct, had first contact with the ships captain. If it wasn't Unggoy then it was the Kig-Yar whp shot him. Edit: Read the part of the book for confirmation, it was indeed the Deacon (the grunt) of the Kig-Yar ship that came into contact with the human first, and the Huragok (engineer) killed the human.

I didn't mean anything in brackets to be put in... the random grenades was a reminder to ZB not to throw any when he respawns xD Everything outside of brackets is what I meant to put in. The "without the random grenades" and "without clowning around" were meant to be reminders of what not to do, everything else should be done.

Ok this has been kinda bugging me since we started, imo we should be going in order, not random stunt scenes, other random scene ideas here and there... at least so we can get all the scenes done for the first episode for soon after you have Sony Vegas. So.. Here's what I've thought of so far; You wanted to start it out with Shadow and your characters on Condemned (least I think you still wanna start there) with either elites attacking or not attacking and you escape the station on something (lol) and then _______________________________________ ZB, Aza and my character's start off in Ridgeline where we are told to go to Highlands (this part I think instead of just sitting by the Falcon being given the orders then flying off, we actually have like a meeting discussing it, then we walk over with the commander and then leave) Then at Highlands, the two squads meet up, we become a team, we meet with another officer, or, sit in front of something that can be made to look like a monitor where you edit in a recording of someone giving orders...? The orders there could be to go to the base at Boneyard where some ODST's have captured an Elite Zealot, and we are told to interrogate it and immediately move on whatever information it gives...? After the orders are given, we could do the scene where the ODST's capture the Elite (without the random plasma grenades) on the Zealot map (how coincidental), then we do a scene where the team (us) lift off from Highlands and fly towards Boneyard (I don't know if Falcons are placeable on Boneyard so we might have to have a detour mission given so we get some other mode of transportation to arrive in at Boneyard) The detour mission could be to assist some MPs (Military Police) in stopping a riot or, helping some marines in a firefight. Then, we get into Warthogs, mongooses, or even Tanks, and head to Boneyard. Before we get there, we redo the scene (without the clowning around) where the elites kill the ODST's guarding the Zealot and then leave in w.e vehicles we think of, maybe 2 ghosts and a Revenant... We arrive at Boneyard, see the Zealot is missing and the ODST's are all dead, we make the mission report, head back to highlands and give the report to whoever the commanding officer is. ^ That could be extended to be around 10+ minutes right?

It would be great to have a specific area of the forum devoted to video making.. So, I, Zaguroth, support this idea.

Here`s an idea... A search and rescue mission, where either one of the squad, or some other high ranking or important individual is captured, taken to an Elite outpost. First we do an arial search, then, at night (purple SFX) we drop in from Falcons (using jetpacks of course), infiltrate the base, assassinating/killing any elites in the way, retrieve the individual, then get picked up at some designated area. Note: Only 3 spartans would be able to do the infiltration part, since the other 2 would have to be waiting at the extraction point after dropping off the 3

Backstory for Eclipse Eclipse, also known as Michael, had always been one of the stronger children in his neighbourhood on Earth. He was playing in his backyard when the marines came to take him away. Being in his backyard, he knew where some useful items would be, so he grabbed his baseball bat and started swinging. By the time the marines had grabbed him, he had broken one's arm, dislocated anothers jaw, and cracked 4 of another marine's ribs. To prevent further injuries to themselves, they had to sedate him. When he awoke, he was greeted by a man with a harsh face, but an overall kind look. This man introduced himself as Chief Petty Officer Mendez. Mendez explained to Michael that he was on a pelican being taken to a training area on Reach. When Michael heard this, he struggled to get out of the seat but found his arms and legs were secured to the seat he was in. When he arrived at the training area he met another young boy who introduced himself as Zack, but became known by the name Spectre. After a few days, a boy named Lachlan approached Michael and Zack, they quickly became friends and decided to always group together. During the years of training and augmentations, Michael had ended up crippling 14 trainers, critically injuring 7 more, and killing 2 because of the way he saw his companions being treated. Michael always was one to fight against authority, and before the genetic augmentations, had picked a fight with CPO Mendez and left him with a large scar on his face. Having grown up living a hard life of training, Michael has developed a need to fight, but also gained the wisdom of when not to.

well, when we practice, you'd have to pilot the falcon or have a guest account pilot it, when we do the real thing idc who the gunner is xD

Well.. my guy is the one that uses a Spartan Laser lol.. so, we need to practice, make ZB pilot the banshee so I can kill him a bunch

I think ZB came up with this idea before, but why don't we have a scene somewhere in the machinima (once we get more people) where we are sent in to rescue some high ranking officers or something from an elite outpost... Or, why don't we do a scene where some high ranking official is kidnapped by the elites, but before hand, we had captured one of their generals, and we have to exchange prisoners..?
