Anyone with the retail disk or games on demand copy can play it normally. The only problem was the preview disc not being able to update, so Microsoft is making up for it. Pretty much saving their butts since they f'd up.

Im assuming this preview disc is the one given out to people that signed up for some beta testing for a newer disc format? I'm looking into this for my brother and from my knowledge that's the disc he had gotten sent to him and he's having the same problem. Is there any info I can pass on to him about how to contact you guys about this(if needed) or any more specifics on how long exactly it will take other than in the next week? I understand if you can't give me an exact date though. Thanks for the help in advance!
