CEA is on Reach's engine, so yes. If you have it, you can use it. If not, get a code on ebay.

I hope it is. I miss it, but I also agree that it should have a downside.

I loved all the options in Reach along with all the different permutations, but I prefer the 3 method of actually doing specific tasks for each bit.

Sigma 7 isn't necessarily confirmed as far as I know, but it seems to be the strongest and most logical possibility. If it is indeed Sigma 7 that we'll be playing on, there are small factions of UNSC troops there. That means there could at least be the possibility of marine/ODST assistance at some point. Everyone's also mentioned Cortana being a key role moreso than before. My imagination may be running wild with me on this one, but what if there happens to be some type of robot/machine/something that she could be implemented into and pilot? Just a thought on the second one.

Modding would not be efficient in any way until games and game-based content are streamed similar to cloud. If you've ever played Custom Edition, you'd have to go to the lobby, find out what mods are in it, then go download them, install them to the proper game folders, and then go find the lobby again and hope it isn't full or hasn't changed to another game. I'm all for modding (within reason), but there's no proper way to merge the hardcore/modding community and the casuals with the technology we have at public disposal. At this point, not enough people even have a decent enough network connection to play a non-modded game, let alone one running custom scripts.

They're nice, but they look just like Reach. I'd like something a bit sleeker.

Definitely go for the Green and Purple. It mixes things up from the same ol' Red and Blue. Plus it fits. Not like random other colors.
