No Its possible that the Forerunners that took they refuge from the Halo array in their Shield World could be our allies but it is also a possibility that the Elite/Seperatists Alliance could still be our allies but, they are still taking care of the rest of the Loyalist fleets. Or both could be our allies when we fight the Precursors.

Retard they are putting in their best effort. Almost nobody likes Bungie anymore because they expected more from Reach and they didn't. Just rely on 343i.

343i can record their own music for the Halo 4 OST. But why not the option to upload music to our Xbox's and play our own music and go with the beat? Similar to Mercury Hg.

Forerunners may be our allies. As they fought the Precursors and we will fight the Precursors. Forerunners still possibly exist since they took refuge from the Halo Array in their Shield Worlds.
