The new helmet will most likely make an appearence in halo cea, 343 is re-designing a halo reach game copy, so possibly in the new disc there will be more armor to unlock. And if 343 could make the armor lock and pistol stronger in reach like they are in the september update then i would imagine it being possible they could add new armor in the game through updates
