The variants were always going to come out, it you'll check the history of the game that's always been something randomly available. What I would like to see is your choice of weapons set ups. I should be able to choose between Spartan, covenant or promethean load out. That shouldn't be tied into the *game type*.

Just speaking as someone who's played 10's of 1000's of games of each gaming franchise, *Halo and CoD*, what I always enjoyed were the differences between the 2 games, not the similarities except in the basest form ie: FPS game. When you build a game around the social aspect of it, you tend to end up with junk. IE: bks running standby/lag switch, host booting, afk kids, basically scraping the bottom of the MM barrel. When you build a game around the competitive aspect of things but yet still have a social side of things you get much better insights into every aspect of the game build, whether it be from the map building to weapons balance, the whole 9 yards. I'm overjoyed to see Halo going back to being Halo as opposed to a poorly done CoD with armor.

In lists such as snipers and swat, it should be map choice only, you get to choose your loadout whether it be spartan, elite, or forerunner and btw, put the nades back in ALL the swat lists. As a player of Swat since H2 I'll tell you that nades are important in getting rid of campers first hand. I know where you're gonna hide so now you actually have to come out and interact. Also, the PP should be a 1 shot kill in swat. It's ridiculous putting endless headshots on someone with the PP and them not going down. Simply treat it like the boltshot, durrrrrrr. Never could figure out why they didn't put that together. Build mirror lists for ranked and social. Any list with a CSR should not have 1) more than one country in the lobby and 2) No split screen, no multiple base IP addys, it's ridiculous and easy to fix.

Extermination in swat, that's hella hard with instant respawn.

I'd have to say that the numbers speak for themselves. Several of the 343 staff were around since HaloCE and they know what the players/customers wanted and yet they chose to ignore it. Tired of hearing that same old "it's their 1st game" nonsense. It most certainly is not. If I recall correctly, none of the previous Halos with maybe the exception of Reach, NEVER came off #1 until the release of the next Halo. Go figure right. I'd say 343 will be lucky if H4 is still in the top 10 by the end of the year. I could be wrong but mehhhh, I'm thinking not.

BO2 for me, hit me up Tornado Ever since 343 took over in Reach, yes, in Reach, it's always been a bunch of crap. I won't be buying H5 until after I've rented it for campaign. If it's yet more of this fail BS, I'll be putting up a youtube vid expressing, w/out any gray area, my opinion of these tards they choose to call game developers.

@ Victory Element. Beginning with Reach, Halo has drifted away from "core" Halo in mp. If you don't understand that then you are openly admitting that you didin't come on board with H2 or H3. In those days, the population was never under 100k ..... never. Trash talking, finding and sharing glitches, insta splode nading, nading power weapons ..... the glory days. Seeing who could get their 50 in the least games .... ahhh. I look at what we have now and can only wonder why the hell 343 would take such a masterpiece and utterly destroy it.

Why? Would you rather have someone stat padding your spawn in objective?
