could that come from my 3 year old and 6 year old playing and not getting kills? they try and run rampant but they arent very good at killing others but they are active and trying?

ive been banned this is my third time now and have done nothing wrong any idea who i can call or message to get this taken care i am getting pretty fed up with this happening
