This needs to happen, if only to stop the online codes used by these companies. I can't believe for one minute that there isnt money to be made without these retarded codes. I mean the companies using them are fairly large gaming industries anyway. There is really no point in renting games much less buying a used copy when you dont even get full access to the game. I hope they can come to some sort of agreement and stop scheming us with these codes.

This thread sounds like we are trying to make a new call of duty/ reach hybrid. Sounds interesting but I dont think 343 will take any chances on h4. It actually scares me because everyone has a completely different idea of what halo 4 should be. Either way, we will have some upset fans. All I ask is for Halo 4 to be fun and have some replayability like halo 1-3. If they mess H4 up, halo will never be the same. There are plenty of games hoping to steal our population away from the halo universe. If halo 4 is half ass it could be bad for the future of halo. I know im not buying a reach 2.0, all.that game did was polute our fans minds of what halo GAMES are. I gave reach many chances but it just doesn't compare to the first three games. Like I said, these ideas could pass for a reach 2 but I just dont see it being in h4. Now proceed to flame me lol

Some great ideas, dont get me wrong but that is not what im hoping halo 4 will be. This would be cool if they ever made a Reach 2. I want a direct continuation of halo 3 and maybe add some small things to spice it up. No offense but I dont want alll these loadouts in halo anymore, this isnt cod or bf3, its F-in Halo man and when I say halo I mean halo 1,2, and 3 . I dont put Reach in my book of true halo games and there for want none of the gameplay to roll over from reach to h4. Im so ready to retire AA's and loadouts and get back to some real halo.

I hear ya but I think your over reacting a little bit. Sounds to me like Frank was "dissing" cod in a nice way. I think Frank O'conner knows what halo should be. We do get to play a beta eventually I would think, I'll judge it after I play it.

I see your point but I feel like all the glitches made the game much more fun in alot of ways, especially custom games.

Its not cheating if every player in the game can perform the same glitches. Its perfectly fair, if you never learned how to do them them thats your loss really. It was a big part of multiplayer and even MLG. Major league gaming would never allow unfair glitches in game and they DID allow all button glitches for halo 2 tournaments. And not to mention how.fun custom games were with super bounces, sword glitching, butterflying etc. Believe it or not, those glitches were a big part of H2's success. I love halo 2 and I personally would not be as excited to see a remake unless these things were still present. Dont get me wrong, I love the game either way but the glitches took it to deeper level.

Matchmaking and objective. Love the mysterious feel of the campaigns too, the music can be badass at times as well.

The halo ce anniversary terminals in the campaign. 343 guilty spark talks about halo 4 and fighting the flood. He also says something about covenant and humans may have the same goals. If you dont have halo anniversary you can youtube them. There are 10 terminals in game and one extra terminal in halo waypoint.

Seriously? Havent heard many people at all who prefer the DMR. BR feels and performs far better imo, interesting how opinions can completely differ.

Who said we are done with the covenant? According to the halo anniversary terminals, the covenant may even be our allies.

Just hang n there, when 343 gets this title update how they want it im sure everything will fall into place. I dont think you will get a 2v2 swat playlist tho. We already have a bunch of extra playlist that split the community. The population for Reach is not exactly growing right now either.

Yea I have given halo reach so many chances to pull me in and hook me but I always feel let down after so many games. Maybe its because im competitive and I can't get my fix with reach lol. Reach had moments of fun for sure but its all about how replayable the game is and the other three halo games nailed it on the head imo. To get back on topic I just want my BR back lol

I just want the BR back, I wouldn't mind replacing the AR with something new but they could just tweak it a little bit imo. If the dmr returns I will slap frank o'conner in the face lol, if I could find him that is. The gun is terrible when compared to the BR in almost every sense. The only things h4 should adopt from halo reach are the small things like custom gametype/ map searching, forge , etc. We need to pick up where h3 left off and I think thats the plan. We need solid gameplay that is actually replayable and doesn't get old after a couple weeks of playing (reach). Why can I still go play h3 for hours on end but I can only take small doses of halo reach at a time?

Yea they definitely overstocked on pre order games. I also got the pre order bonuses and I bought it from game stop a couple days after it released.

You have to enter the button combo, if its a yellow circle press the Y button, green= A button etc..
