    I've had this issue as well. Sometimes just resetting the beta works, while other times I have to do a hard reset on my Xbox to get it to work again (hold down power button for 10 sec). Try those two things, I am sure they are still working out some kinks... hence why it's a beta.

    I got back on for a second time tonight and have been playing lights out, I was a gold tier 2... I am now a gold tier 1 nearly a silver tier 3 because I keep getting paired up with low silvers, or inactive/guest players. It is frustrating that you can go +14, lose, and get de-ranked. That, I agree... needs to be fixed. I think they need to fix their pairing system.

    Well I don't think there is a way to "fix" this besides waiting the temporary ban out. You could contact the mods over on Halo Waypoint if you'd like, but from what I hear it doesn't do too much good. I had a similar issue in Halo 4 where I got muted from game chat because people reported me for not talking. There could be multiple reasons you are credit banned so I wont go into that, but I think the best thing is honestly just waiting it out for now.
