  1. Spartan IV's are not stronger, only faster and more agile. They are volunteers from different branches of the military. Their augmentations are less, their armor is cheaper, but it is light and faster. Halo 4 fall damage is very present. Besides, put a Spartan IV and a Spartan II in a wrestling ring and let them at it. The Spartan II will rip the poor Spartan IV apart. I am not hating on Spartan IV's at all. I am stating the facts that tell us that they can be sent to Hades by a Spartan II. Where do you get the notion that Spartan II's are fused to their armor in any way? Their armor is just as much to them as it is to a Spartan IV. They can remove it, modify it, and just not use it as they wish. Just like a Spartan IV. Spartans falling from orbit? I said "almost advanced enough" meaning you overlooked my comments and that statement technically had no purpose. I know they have to lock up their armor. If a Spartan had MJOLNIR Mk VII armor, they could drop from orbit and start killing. Since AFAWK they have Mk VI, fall damage is, again, very present.
  2. I could never change the announcer voice...too classic.
  3. The Storm Rifle can kill quickly too, adding speed to close range combat no matter which weapon you have.
  4. Elites would have belly buttons anyway.
  5. By all means, try and perfect it. The only way to get it right is to BETA test it with friends.
  6. I have noticed something funny about the AR in Halo 4. In Reach, people hated it because it has so much visible bloom. Go forward to Halo 4 and you see the reticle is about the same size. Definitely not smaller by much if at all. Bloom is not visible, but people somehow still say it's better. I have a hard time seeing why. The Storm Rifle has a huge reticle too, but everyone seems pleased with all this. Basically, the bloom is just as much, yet it's better because they can't see it. Can anyone tell me why this is the case? What do you think?
  7. Despawn times, and buttons. These two things. Buttons, how they could work: Set down a button, have a setting to connect it to an object. You click this setting, then click the object. Boom, button affects this object. Then set whether you want the object to rotate or translate. Set how much, then you can push it to do the action, and push it again to undo the action. Simple to do. AND you could have a set amount of time the object will stay in this position before it resets, making something like generator defense. (Have a door to close for a minute to give you time to regroup before the zombies break through.) Maybe set one button for multiple objects to have larger effects. Whether it could be easily implemented or not depends on the engine. Buttons, what they could do: You could set a huge object to move across a gap as a bridge, have a "floodgate" to keep zombies out, make a conveyor belt out of a bunch of objects, or build a base with a few buttons to make forge tuts easier.
  8. Spartan II's can fall from "really freaking high" because their armor is almost advanced enough to drop from orbit with no K.O. But their armor isn't quite 1000lbs. It's only about 800. Even an 800 pound man getting hit by a 3.25 ton vehicle will be killed. 3.25 tons=6,500 pounds. That much weight will kill a spartan II. Not to mention a smaller, lighter Spartan III or an even smaller and lighter Spartan IV. This whole argument is pretty much invalid.
  9. What's funny is the AR has no visible bloom, but the reticle is the same size, and they still say it's better somehow. Just because you can't see it. Whutsupwithdat? I believe MLG should evolve a bit like it did in Reach. In Reach, they had a couple of Jet Packs in some maps, and In Halo 4 MLG could possibly allow a few settings to change. Such as letting us have our loadouts, maybe without the armor mods. If MLG can evolve just slightly to allow a bit of freedom, more players would play with a competitive mindset since more players would feel comfy in it. MLG on The Pit on Reach seems...a bit constricting. That's why I hardly ever play MLG. Bottom line? MLG should allow a bit of freedom, maybe just weapons, so more players get interested in competitive gameplay.
  10. Grunts are actually 5' and Brutes are taller than he is supposedly. Fits to me.
  11. They won't ask you your age until you go to buy it. Just let your friend get it if you are under ESRB ratings. If you are under PEGI, then you can get it.
  12. I would so watch it. We have little three to seven episode specials all the time over here, so I could see it happening if MS was into television.
  13. Looks good, simple, and complex at the same time. 343 somehow did it right.
  14. If they made a billion small pieces smaller than atoms and stuck them together and made a large object with it, then the graphics could be better than real life. Other than that, no way.
  15. They so need to fix that. I save a map, go back in, and it's uneven.
  16. Have two men up front with HS while two in back are shooting over their shoulders. The two in back could have auto sentry or PV to help flank the enemy. Good way to defend a position.
  17. Yeah, in matchmaking, no respawns would make this.
  18. The flagnum is technically a weapon itself. Meaning it has it's own ammo, damage, and yadda yadda yadda. Though, it has infinite ammo. Also, this means it wouldn't be likely that we get to use the boltshot, PP, or other sidearms with it.
  19. UNSC: Quetzalcoatl Covenant: I'd take the Shadow of Intent. No others. Likeaboss.
  20. That worries me for other games. The gametype that will replace invasion...will it be significantly changed? Will we get to drop the "core" or whatever we carry, if we carry anything? At least the Oddball and bomb aren't glued to your hands.
