  1. Wow. That would have been too easy. Glad they fixed it.
  2. I think they'd have to deal with it. But they won't, obviously.
  3. What I mean is, the second time around, his consiousness didn't hate them.
  4. When his memories were transferred, he kinda lived on, but didn't. I do believe after that, he grew to like them.
  5. Yes, which is why I think the MLG playlist should only have one difference at the most. Either no Sprint, or no AA's. They will get what they want, but it should be limited.
  6. Thinks I care (about awards. I can get them, I just never feel like it. Let my character speak of me, not my shiny emblems.)
  7. Thank you. Honestly, I met up with a fellow who was supposedly payed good money for playing games. We decided to go 1v1. He demanded we play MLG settings. I said, "No, we are going to play a few different Gametypes including MLG." He wrecked me in the MLG match. When we played everything else, he got wrecked. Some of them honestly can't play unless the games cater to what they have been playing for years. Anyone can do that! I respect some of them, but mostly, they can't play the game hardcore anymore. I remember when I was scared to try 1v1 matches with them...
  8. This nifty little thread is intended to help keep you from bans in Halo: Reach. I can only list a few things that will get you banned. If you know of more, post them and I will update the list. I intend to have a full list here on hand to help others avoid bans. AND to keep the would be boosters away from boosting. So far, what is known that can get you any type of ban is: -Being AFK for too long. Usually they will return you to the lobby, but sometimes this results in a Credit Ban. -Spawn Killing another AFK team or spawn trapping, etc. This is serious, the Banhammer can detect spawn killing on AFK players, but forcing others to be spawn killed in CTF, etc sometimes can not. 343 will eventually catch up and will consider it a serious offense when they do. Even a first offense can result in a bad Credit Ban or even worse, such as your account being banned from XboxLive. -Using aimbots and other external utilities to amplify your game is very serious. Even if stealth-patched, they can still Credit-Ban or Matchmaking Ban the account if it is obvious within a theater video that one is being used. Contact would have to be established first to report it, which is unlikely. If not stealth-patched you may get a banned XBOX. -Unplugging your ethernet cord as you earn a challenge to repeatedly earn it will also result in either a Credit Ban, or a Credit Reset. 343 will catch you. -Manipulating the network or lag-switching can be caught as well, unless you have illegally stealth-patched your XBOX. This can result in punishments such as a fine or a full-out XBOX ban. Meaning your XBOX is banned. -Quitting or betraying too much can get you a temporary Matchmaking Ban. So far, that is all I can remember right now. I'm sure there are more that I forgot or haven't learned of yet. That is the purpose of this thread. Post any more that you know of and I will update the list. And you will get a free like. Contributions so far by: Mr. Payne Victory Element The Director
  9. First offense=one day. Second offense=a week. Next is a month. After that, you are in for a long haul. They can tweak it to be a severe as they want.
  10. Master Chief. I can almost mimic his voice. WYR be friends with a Precursor, or a Forerunner?
  11. Well, it is very unlikely that they would take notice since this is the community run site.
  12. There is a package that allows you to start with two primary weapons. This grenade allows you to keep your guns. Who knows, maybe you can only hold one?
  13. Actually, you don't get the maps or the videos/movie with the console. Good call.
  14. It is only there for a few seconds, though.
  15. Like was stated above, it is about four or five years after Halo 3. They could have improved it. It is a version we haven't used yet, hmm? It is likely that the Navy saw the new one's potential and recommissioned it for use. Either way, It fits with the game because it is for mid-long range. The BR is for mid-short to mid-long. That DMR is a poor man's sniper rifle. Gamplay wise, it fits very nicely.
  16. That's the point, who wants to give up a DMR or BR or, gods forbid, a Carbine for a plasma pistol? Instead of carrying around the so called "worst weapon". I think it is actually one of the most powerful. But this gives you a way to use this effect without losing favorite firepower. We are fans, we have not played the game. We have no Idea how this really affects gameplay. We just have to see for ourselves one day.
