  1. Are you sure it was released? Your avatar items always appear in the markeptplace because you own them, regardless of whether they are public or not. I learned this after seeing FOTUS avatar armor in the marketplace.
  2. My cub is still as cuddly as ever. And she has a neon pink collar!

  3. I'm getting it. No reason to judge a game before any gameplay has been seen. And even then, you still don't know. I saw Halo 4 in those vids before it came out and I thought it was going to be a pain to do anything. Well, the game played differently than I thought, and that was a good thing.
  4. My cub recently got spayed after she went into heat. She won't stop running and jumping! They grow up so fast!

  5. Try recommending it to all of your friends. I'll have a look-see myself and recommend some of the Halo 4 maps if they cream Black Site. I hate Black Site, but I do good on it... Anyway, the only way is to try and showcase it by recommending it. And try youtube if that's an option. Maybe a known map showcase channel will like some of your maps? And totally do what Bashful Brute said. *feels stupid*
  6. I'd vouch for it if it only had the same speed. If it is to be used regularly like a normal ghost, it can't be OP. If it is meant as a power vehicle, sure, I can see it as the equivalent to a revenant as far as lethality goes.
  7. Require mics for team gametypes. Simple as that. Who's with me? If your mic breaks or goes missing, then you'll just have to play FFA for a while. The perk of having everyone using a mic outweighs the con of breaking or missing mics. Halo is not the only game with a rarity of mics, so 343 is not to blame for that. LIVE in general has gotten lazy. Or perhaps like Halo 3's setup, have social where you have to have a mic, but have regular versions of each playlist for people who hate mics. Hell, I'm brainstorming here. I'm sure these ideas suck, but one of them is sure to help... Post your idea below. Bash mine if you feel like it.
  8. Gameplay purposes, Engine limitations, etc. The damage realism could be achieved, but making a messed up banshee hard to control is bad for MP gameplay. Halo 1's ghost had this in campaign and it was so aggravating. Reach had it too, I think. The mechanic was absolutely cool, but would ruin MP.
  9. There is a reason 343 changed the banshee from Reach. Ever see those guys who have a 200+ k/d with super maneuvers in Reach? Here's your sign.
  10. Oh dear, I see a vision of two poor Spartans having a showdown on a desert map...due to internet latency, they both die.
  11. Proof that 343 do love Halo fans. They just want to attract more people in the process.
  12. Perhaps Laskey can convince Halsey that he saved her life and that she should abandon her lust for revenge. Thus, weakening Jul and leading to a desperate battle between the two forces.
  13. Someone agrees with me on something!

  14. The Things That Keep Me Awake At Night has been neglected by me for e few months now. Time to bring it back. (And I forgot which number I was on, so we start at 10!) Here goes! Halo 4 issue! Halo 4 Music: It could be so much better...They did good on the remake in the credits, so why does Halo 4's music sound alien to me? Possibly because I don't yet associate the music with Halo...I just can't get over it. It may be the lack of chanting monks in the background or the electric sounding ring the music leaves in my ears...I want mah orchestrated music bahk! This keeps me awake at night... Relying on the banshee for air travel in MP: The UNSC has been on the ground enough, give me my wings back. This keeps me awake at night... Classic playlist should be...more classic: Slayer Pro is not what I had in mind. I thought a Halo 3 version WITH sensors was going to be in place. I'm not that big on classic game modes, but this irked me. Heck, why not also make Infinity Slayer that lets you use loadouts but doesn't give ordnance? This keeps me awake at night... Messed up collision models: Sometimes my grenades bounce off of nothing, and sometimes headshots that literally hit the head in theater mode still miss! At first headshots were too easy, now they're messed up. What has happened? Sure, you can keep a player from standing under that niche in the wall, but you can at least let my grenade through there so it actually goes around the corner! This keeps me awake at night... Forge: Magnets are off, shadows look...weird, and unrelated to that, player shadows still disappear when you jump. If you ask me, the player shadows look better than the forge shadows. The only problem is that they have a limited range before they disappear. And magnets...good idea, but they need to be perfect before they can be used right. Coordinates are still my go-to. Also, on Impact, the UNSC tower's axis is off, AND the built in building is not rotated to go with the axis of forge objects. This keeps me angry in forge! Thank you for reading this long rant of mine! As always, walk on warm sands and be on the lookout for more issues of TTTKMAAN. I promise, the funny ones will return!
  15. I constantly boot up waypoint to listen to the music. Not to mention how often I listen to their remake in the Halo 4 credits. 343 really can remake it good, they just chose not to... If you ask me, I believe Halo 4's music was a bit..heavy on the trumpet. If they took the Halo Trilogy's sounds and made music with that, I'd be all over it.
  16. Stasis rifle...I have a new AA idea...Stasis. You rip half the shields from an enemy to recharge your own. *OP*
  17. Being a slow recharge like Regen Field, I think one or the other would suffice. Being immobile for two seconds AND with your shields at half charge is devastating.
  18. We all know Halo has never had a perfect ranking system because developers want to kill boosting or because of boosting itself. Halo 4 is about to get hit with it's own Waypoint 1-50, but it's only visible to you. I think it's better than nothing, but some people still want more, as always. Some people can't be satisfied with a system like this. I had an idea in the old pre-Halo 4 days that would have been nearly perfect. 343 is implementing this idea. However, as I said, it's on Waypoint. Well, I just revolutionized my idea a bit more. Hear me out, then post your own idea. Try to make something new. We've all heard "HALO 3!!!" by now. So, here's my idea. Your dreaded progression system makes a return. It has to if they keep the loadout system, since it isn't fair for a poor 3 to be unable to get the level 50 weapon that he so badly wants. Really, being bad at a game should not bar you from gameplay mechanics and items. Emblems are a different story. I think a 50 in Halo 3 might just deserve something those 40's can't have. Like I said, the progression system returns, but you have a skill system alongside it. Not trueskill. Something more accurate. Something that's harder to boost. I had an idea for a 1-100 that uses your k/d, w/l, medals, AND shot accuracy to put together an accurate and sound skill rating for a player. Don't ask for formulas, I'm not good at those. To make it harder to boost, just make it so that matchmaking requires players to be within 5 skill ranks to be matched up. That means your 94 buddy can't boost his 77 customer. That 94 has to be anywhere from 72-82 to be matched with him. And winning against higher ranks does not make your skill bump up any more than winning against a team 5 levels below you. None of that classic boosting. Basically, you have your progression system and a sound skill system working alongside it. The skill would be shown in-game. I think it's better to just put it on the card for everyone to see. Bragging rights are not an excuse to take it out. Maybe I want to see what the other team has on me. So, say you finish the progression system and you are rated at skill level 87. It would show, in Halo 4's terms: SR-130 CSR-87 You'd see that on the player card. Your progression rank has no effect on your CSR rank. That's my idea. What's yours? And...GO!
  19. Alright, I thought about it and added that it slightly affects vehicles and allies. Though it only slightly affects them. If they are coming at you, this will not save you.
  20. Drop Surge: Drop Surge allows the user to detonate a gravitational device that blows back any nearby enemy within a short radius at the cost of their own shields due to the force released. Enemies are not damaged. Resets Shield regen time. Slightly affects vehicles. Allies are only half affected. AOE: Same as Regen Field. Cooldown: Same as Regen Field. Distance enemies get thrown back: Just about a mongoose's length past the edge of the AOE. Counter: Thruster Pack. Alternatively, it can keep the user from moving for two seconds instead of taking their shields due to the gravitational forces. What do you think?
