Hey cryo might I just say that if I join your team as I want to do, I will place you and your members at the top of my gaming priorities. I've got members of my team I can trust, I know they'll lead efficiently while I'm gaming with our group

Clans are just a bunch of people thinking they're great at a game that they're **** at, teams are groups of people who get together, have fun and kick ass in the process

Ok, one, I thought you were a team not a clan, Two, your team would come before my own, there are plenty of people that could run it while I'm gaming with your group. I'm ditching my clan idea. I'm going to make it a team. It'll b way better like that. The team will be about 9 people (excluding myself), 2 of which are backups. Do you mind if I join your team as well as mine? I'm online when I can be and I love to game, ive got a headset and I can work well with others. I've had experience with cruel people and I know exactly how to deal with it.

Thats what all clans say, I mean, seriously look at the KSI clan, they are a bunch of 8 year old ____. Most new clans are awful.

That is a good point of view and I accept that. Plus you've got reliable members. It's the other clans that are a problem though. If you've got friends that will join straight away then go for it. These people can be your inner circle.

That's why I'm positive about my group. We got a good chance of going pro If we practice. I'm just sick of these other clans thinking theyr boss and will own anyone else. Its them that get owned as iv already pointed out to someone

Recruitment could be a major thing, if any members of your group just like to play for fun tell 'em the sols are good for that and give 'em my Gamertag NZ Sol

Everyone needs to stop creating clans and start joining existing ones, if this happens then everyone with skill will not have it thrown away by some useless "leader". If people are into fun enjoyable clans/groups, find a group who is like this, if you are competitive, join a clan with a competitive basis. Do some research. Find exactly how many clans there are on xbox, I'm sure one of them will be thinking the same way as you when it comes to running a clan.

This sounds too true, alot of clans here are hated, unknown and/or weak. Ideas for people to post in future, stop making clans. The more that are made, the more people with skill go to waste for a lousy clan, although there are some clans/groups that are good, most are not. Instead of making clans or groups, join existing ones. If you play for fun, look for clans that do that, if you play competitively then join some MLG clan. If you have ideas for a clan tell the leader and they'll incorporate it into the group, otherwise they aren't that great.
