Main weapon I have troubles with is the sniper rifle but even in a game of team snipers I get bout 12-15 kills

That is true, hopefully it's not the rocket launcher people fail with. I could understand snipers and rifles but rockets... Plain sad

It would be kinda sad if people needed to learn how to use them, anyways its easy enough to learn on the job isnt it?

Ill normally be online if u ever need help with it, send me a PM and ill do wat i can to train them, to make them see eye to eye and view each other as a brother or sister.

(The name is not fixed, it is only temporary till we get a good one.) This clan will start up when halo 4 comes out, untill then i shall be working on progression and sorting, I shall also be holding a tournament every 4 months, the winner shall get 1500 ms points or 3 months of xbox live gold membership (whichever is prefered) I have also sorted out a ranking system which goes from 1-10, the ranks are as follows: cadet, private, rookie, captain, seargent, commander, commandant, champion, hero, leader. Also, for every seven members of the clan, i shall choose a highly achieving member to be promoted to commander, they will lead a squad of 8 (including yourself) Do you game for fun or some serious action? Either way, this clan will be good for you as teams (if thats how you wish to play) shall be picked and organized to suit different skill levels, every once a while I shall join your game to see how you are doing. I shall not restrict gameplay to what your best at as I realize this can get very boring. Online skill is not the only thing im looking for either, if your into custom games or forge I will accept you to. Another intention of mine is to hold a "game night" once a week, this is why I shall need forgers, I need people that like custom games to test these maps before they are played by the clan. Also, if you think your gamerscore is too low, there will always be people on to help you boost it, I am one of them. It is also my intention to personally lead squads into the spartan ops, however if you have a good team then feel free to take them there. Why dont u train people in your clan to train other people in your clan?

Fine by me, when u want it,

Tjats why I suggested matchmaking, fill your team with recruits and train them through the game, then at the end, offer people who has score a specific number or more as I do. This way your training and recruiting. Or you can do the pyramid style of recruitment which is where u train members and the members recruit people that show potential

People like you are exactly what the clan wants, (and needs) it doesnt matter how often your on, and it doesnt matter if you are skilled, send me a friend request on xbox, name is NZ Sol and Ill accept you after a small test. The clan doesnt depend fully on skill either, those that arent as great will move at an equal rank. Promotions will be done in halo 4 but im willing to play reach with anyone interested in joining. If anyone has an idea of a good, memorable clan name, please post on here, i would like it to involve the word sol or sun but its not necassary

How bout a 3 way alliance?

Why dont you just play some matchmaking and get people from your clan to join you, you can train and recruit like that, make them train on the job, it shows whether theyr up to ur standards or not. Thats what Im doing, if you want, I can do this with your members.

Outa curiosity wud u think about merging your clan?

What I think ill do is go into btb and offer a place to anyone who scores over 30 points, if they score 50 like my usual they will be invited to the clan at the second rank. Thx for the suggestions everyone
