I read this somewhere but I don't have a link. They have always been speaking in their own language. However, in Halo 2 and Halo 3 their language was translated into English so that we could comprehend it easier. You can imagine them speaking their own language. Saying this, I cannot imagine why they would use both languages in Halo 4. That's quite peculiar.

This clearly is nonsense. The Sangheili have been on Reach (the game) for nearly three years now, if the "Arbiter" was in this installment then I think we would have found it first considering we live and breath the race. Secondly, which Arbiter are you talking about, presuming that you're telling the truth? During Reach, there was a separate Arbiter to Thel as he was only crowned in Halo 2. There were speculations that a Arbiter killed Noble Six at the end as nearly all of the Arbiters were left handed where others were not, and the Sangheili that killed Noble Six was left handed; his blade-wielding hand. Finally, if you have any proof of this then we will be able to help you. I'm afraid nowadays you don't get very far without evidence.

Well, realistically, there isn't a right and a wrong choice. You go to whichever offers the best for you. I mean, you saw a majority of the skins that were available so it was really a choice of what took your fancy. Also, which one was the closest and which gave you the best deal. In my opinion, their all good. Good choice, I guess.

Yours does seem to differ from mine. Overall, I would say that I am a Sangheili due to my unwavering loyalty to them in-game over the past several years. A true Sangheili follows the seven virtues, those who do not are not a Sangheili but an "Elite". It is as simple as that. I cannot say that I am perfect, but I have corrected the error of my ways.

There are many clans littering Halo, too many. I ultimately depends on what you're looking for: human or Sangheili.

I've got to say that I'm not the biggest fan of the new guy doing the voice over, or if it's the same guy as previous installments. I mean, it's still good but it doesn't have the same feeling as the others for me. The others were unique and this one just seems plain and not unique. I don't know. Perhaps it's just me.

Unlike everyone else you do not supply evidence to what you claim has happened. It is all fine and dandy saying Aurora Cygnus has sent you something, but supplying relevant data is a different matter entirely. Maybe if you gave us a lead, or print-screen it, then we'd believe you. You cannot expect us to believe some random person's claim when you have no evidence, especially with all these false accusations going around. >.> >.>
