  1. As I said we don't usually play MLG and I'm not that good myself. I enjoy training on my Covenant map. This is where my Minors and Officers improve.
  2. The combination that I use is Sniper and DMR. I always use these as they are the best combo. They are unbeatable, unless you use a Rocket.
  3. I'm not ill-advised, I'm aware of everything that happens. Besides, I don't have to answer to you. You're nothing, and you will never be anything. I don't even know who you are! Why are you here?
  4. Yes, like he is much better. Where did he appear from? Monitored my behaviour? You have been here less than five minutes and you are judging me by my knowledge? That is incompetent. Disciplinary force? I have been disciplined too many times before and I know what I am doing. I do not need some stranger to watch over me. Go back to the hole you crept from!
  5. I personally prefer both weapons. They are excellent and both have advantages and disadvantages, but they're still really good and similarly unique.
  6. It may do so, thank you. I writ that from scratch with some additional knowledge added from my family. I should think that it backs statements up.
  7. This interface seems to no longer contact people through this method, it rarely contacts anyone. I think I was the last one to have a conversation with it, a proper one. It quoted "You are not the species you claim to be. Therefore, I claim you to be untrustworthy." I am not entirely sure what it wants from us, or what it expects us to do. No hints or any clarifications have been given. So, we will all wait miserably until the end...something that we cannot counter...
  8. I loved you and I trusted you, until you stabbed me in the back. I will ensure you die a slow and painful death! May hell embrace you as though you are its own, heretic!

  11. I would also love the San 'Shyuum to make a return in some way or another. They're fantastic and such witty characters.
  12. That's not necessarily disagreeing, just voicing your opinion about the Sangheili. Also, I'm not distinguished; just a random person who enjoys posting. Treat me no differently.
  13. Happy Father's day to my Dad, and a Happy Fathers' day to my friend's dad who sadly died in Afghanistan a few years ago. I respect you deeply if you have lost your Dad in some way, shape or form.
  14. Indeed, I do not believe that she dislikes humans. I think this because, if her job was to collect different species, and she hated humans, then she would most likely not include them in this "gathering". She did, however, and it seems that the role of such, with a high standing position, would be given to someone who favours every species and holds no grudges against any of them. Unless, as the prophet stated, "desecrated this holy ring", that is why she hates them. That is if she does.
  15. I was not aware that it was an old topic, I had no intention of resurrecting a topic that was long gone. I was merely offering my opinion on the matter.
  16. Well thank you. Humans are fighting each other today, so there is no reason why they could not in five hundred years time. I do agree that it is highly doubtful that they're the same race. I just thought I would correct you with a real life example.
  17. A Gravemind is a combination of different parasite forms, as discussed in Halo: Combat Evolved. It first starts of as a Proto-Gravemind which connects itself to the surroundings via tentacles. However, it needs a human/other species' body with a sustainable amount of biomass to create a fully fledged Gravemind. Once it has an able body, it will absorb the body's intelligence, make it forget everything and will then shut down the body's major organs which will terminate the body. It can only work/feed with/on the most intelligent organisms possible, hence the name brain-form. Although these aren't seen much, they are incredibly dangerous and are used for tasks no other can complete. A Proto-Gravemind are sometimes used to pilot a starship, and going back to the biomass section, they will combine their forms with ship officers, pilots and the commanding officer(s) to gather knowledge on how to complete the task. They will use the body's consciousness to gather information out of them via a method known as interrogation. The body is also known as a host. Also, only after the host as been stripped of all knowledge is the host terminated by the Proto-Gravemind. Where it is possible for the host to die before the Proto-Gravemind has assimilated all of the host's knowledge, like has been done before. A prime example of this is the Truth and Reconciliation, a Proto-Gravemind does exactly this to Captain Jacob Keyes, of the UNSC Halcyon-class light cruiser Pillar of Autumn. If you find the terminal which is associated with this mission, it will give a video showing what the Proto-Gravemind put the Captain through, and you can hear the screams and the noises it used to assimilate his knowledge and make him forget everything. The parasites' intention was to use the Captain's knowledge to pilot the CCS Battlecruiser, as the Gravemind would of had his knowledge to do so. Due to Master Chief Petty Officer, John-117, this action was not completed as Installation 04 was destroyed thanks to the Pillar of Autumn. This Proto-Gravemind was nowhere near completion. It must grow incredibly in size for it to reach its next stage, the Gravemind, a near-omniscient parasitic form made of thousands of host bodies infused with the knowledge of each host that was used to make the Gravemind. This is formed once a Proto-Gravemind has reached something called a "critical mass" which is where it has developed a centralised intelligence. This only happens on rare occasions, usually because the parasite is seldom loose on a large enough scale to allow Proto-Graveminds to grow large enough to become a Gravemind. Only two Graveminds are known to have ever been created; however, they seem to have the same memories, since the Gravemind present during the Human-Covenant war possessed detailed knowledge concerning the Forerunner-Flood War and even described the actions of the previous Gravemind during that time period as if they were his own. In essence, because it shares all the knowledge of the previous Gravemind and considers them both to be the same being, the Gravemind of the games is the Gravemind that fought the Forerunners, simply been reborn from another Proto-Gravemind. There is reams and reams of this and I could go on about it all day. Quite frankly, I do not have the energy or the time to do so. Therefore, I will leave it here.
  18. That is interesting, and there is no reason why this cannot be. I do believe that Faber, or the Master Builder, co-created the Didact alongside Mendicant Bias. Unless he did something to throw Faber off of course, then I am not entirely sure why he would hate the Didact. Faber could possibly be the Forerunner inside of the orange spherical object.
  19. Indeed, pardon my misinterpretation. I am blinded by arrogance, my apologies.
  20. This is pathetic, let us relate to real life although I doubt they are the same race as I stated in my previous post. Let's look at: Afghanistan and US and UK. They're the same race and they are still fighting.
  21. Negative, it is apparent that people pay no attention to anything. Cortana suggests "I was put into service eight years ago, AI's go rampant after seven." It was the same thing. Do not say most of our information is incorrect when you have no evidence of this yourself. Such impertinence...
  22. If five was the highest and the most dangerous then I would agree, as the Covenant; our Covenant would destroy everything. However, I do believe that the parasite should be in there somewhere, they are deadly and cannot be defeated. They would demolish many of the species mentioned in there. Excellent, carry on.
  23. You have excellent logic and overwhelming ability to answer with scientific knowledge. However, we cannot be sure of this. The next instalment has not yet been released, therefore, we cannot jump to conclusions and we can only make assumptions. But, I am impressed with your replies. Continue onwards.
  24. Highly unacceptable. Have you no brain? Clearly, there are major differences between the two candidates at hand, and even you cannot realise this? That is staggering, I thought you knew better. The Forerunners were technologically advanced, more so than the humans. So answer me this: why would you withhold knowledge from the rest of your race? The answer is simple: they are not the same race, but are adversaries. The Forerunners have many features that resemble the humans, and vice-versa but they are not the same. I expected better from you, especially being so close to them. In time, you will learn from your mistakes.
  25. Such impertinence...this will not go unpunished.
