My husband and I were credit banned as well. The only reason I have come up with is that I was AFK during half a match in order to feed my newborn son. We got banned because it is console based not gamertag based. I dont think this is fair. I do feel they should have sent an email explaining why but it seems that normal people are getting screwed over because of legit cheaters. I must say ever since 343 took over Halo there have been a lot more cheaters in each game I play. I hope you are no longer credit banned and everything worked out. Good luck to you.
