Just in time for Halo 4, here is my 1000th post!! I still remember when I first joined here nearly a year ago, hoping to get in contact with 343 xD. After learning it was a Community forum, I just left and let my account go dormant for a few months. But then I came back in March, but still never imagined I would end up spending so much time here, and reaching this great milestone. I guess I should thank a few people, so here goes. Twam, of course for being a great Admin and keeping this site running. AD, Jester, GSD, Director, and Vitamin PWN for being exceptional moderators. ZERO, Mr. Payne, @Cry0G3n1c, @Spyro, @Drizzy_Dan, , @iTz Vplus2, , Bullet, @Smokin Shadowz, @SykoWolf, @TECH, @ZB-85, and @Zuko 'Zarhamee for all being good friends. (Note: List is in no particular order.) So, that's about all I can come up with to say for now. Thank you all for having me on this great forum.

Just wondering where you went for launch night, and what you got/what it was like? I went to the Microsoft Store near my house. Got there around 3 and ended up being 5th in line. Some guys from the 405th dressed in Spartan costumes showed up (I started a slow-clap xD), too. The first 20 in line got 1-month XBL Gold, 1600 MSP, and a "Limited" Halo 4 dog-tag, and a 10% off card for all future purchases. They also had a trivia/raffle for prizes. Everyone got 1 ticket, and they had trivia contests to earn more tickets. I ended up earning about 5 tickets which angered quite a few people there lol. They raffled a lot of small tickets like MSP, map packs, etc. I won the Grunt Funeral Skull/Master Chief Avatar (which I already had) and another 1600 MSP. They also had a final raffle for a Halo 4 console. Oh and everyone who bought H4 that night got a $25 gift card for MS Store which was real cool. So yeah, share your favorite moments from launch night! (if you have any)

If you're getting a Halo 4 guide, hold up a minute. Amazon has the normally $40 Collector's Edition of the guide for the price of the Standard Edition. I didn't get mine at Amazon, but went to Best Buy and they matched the price for me. Now with Halo 4 literally just around the corner, and many will be putting (or throwing) Reach away for good, I thought this would an appropriate time to reflect back on a game most of us had a love-hate relationship with. Take some time to post your fondest memories of Halo: Reach.

I noticed on page 328 that an Elite refers to the Kig-Yar as "Jackals". This breaks canon because Jackal is a human nickname for it.
