Seeing as it IS Spartan Ops, you wouldn't get rated on true skill!!! The ''Score'', is most likely how you played in game, based on how many enemies you killed in your SO mission. As for your last opinion, that doesn't really have to do with anything. (1,000=1 so it's 140 points to next level). That's completely irrelevant.

No, in a video I was watching, the rank your talking about, with the Reach style Symbols and Ranks, went up by EXP that is EXACTLY like Halo Reach's credits. As you can see in this image, the 1-50 ranks are NOT based on true skill, but a credit system like Halo Reach. Also, I believe they will be adding a trueskill system on the side, to satisfy pro and casual gamers the both. This can't be all they're putting in the game. It would anger so many. If they don't have a trueskill ranking, people will not buy the game.

John, my brother and I had the same logic. We added up all the numbers and came just about close to what you had. Then, on top of all that, people who buy the regular edition, most of the time, end up wanting something from the LE so bad they'd kill for it. Like all the people in Halo: Reach. My bro would punch the president in the face for a flaming helmet. Hence the reason we WILL get LE. And he now get's EVERYTHING Collector's Edition. It's a smart way to go, even if the price seems high.

Well, I have a slightly darker-than-skin birthmark in the middle of my lower back, and since it's right there, I'm not exactly sue what it looks like. Also, I have a circle-ish looking mark on my arm, where a dog bit me many years ago. The tooth dug in a bit, so it left a pale skin looking scar. It's almost glossy looking. Nobody has ever guessed what it is, so I just say it's a birthmark as well.

I hope they only just shelved the game. I mean, they're working on another game currently, so maybe, if we're lucky, it's just set aside for another time. If so, the capabilities of the game would of epic proportions. The graphics would be amazing, it would be very smooth, it would just make an all over better game.

Easy way to get credits for me. Set a custom challenge for Multiplayer Matchmaking, and select headshot kills. Choose a goal you think you can achieve in the alotted time you give yourself. Once you set this, go play Team SWAT. If you set your goal high, you may have to play it hardcore; hours straight. This can get you MANY credits, for instance, 200 headshots in under 14 hours gives you more than 10,000 credits. Not only that, but it helps with commondations, like crackshot, and one shots.

I think this needs to be more organized before you make this post. People need to see the sections of the contest, screenshots, and all creators so they can vote on their favorite maps for each section. You may want to revise with the original Forge Contest post.

The same with me. I was playing 3 the other day, and the number displayed was about 25,000. But the Halo 3 system needs no maintenance. It runs smoothly, and there are enough players online for people to still advance in rank if they are ACTUALLY good at the game. Halo Reach however, can climb to over 80k in the low points of the day. Hence the reason they do a super credit jackpot playlist EVERY weekend. 343i is on the right track. Keeping people busy with Reach until 4 comes out. This is off topic, but I would like to display my thoughts. I believe 343 is trying to boost the ability to gain ranks in Reach, most likely for the launch of Halo 4. No idea why they would do this, but there is SOME evidence that this could be true. -The daily credit limit was lifted from 120,000 to 200,000 in late January 2012. -The winning bonus was boosted in several playlists including Grifball and Team Objective. -- ^^ From personal experience in the Grifball playlist, if you can go all 5 rounds, and win the game with atleast one detonation, you can get up to 6,000 credits for the game. I had a game with a total of 5 rounds, 5 detonations (2 theirs, 3 ours), and under 10 minutes, and I got 5, 800-ish. Easy credits. Better than the daily challenges by far. What could this mean?

No, it doesn't. The other person puts $20 in the box. He pays EXTRA $30 for the box. That's $50 he spends. The box contains 40 dollars. He loses 10 dollars. I had to spend like 10 minutes thinking on this. lol.
