They're pretty well balanced already. If you're using a BR and you lose to someone with a DMR then it's because they're the better player not because they had a DMR.
PV only lets you see through one wall at a time. It also only lasts a couple seconds. It doesn't really have much of an advantage over any of the other abilities.
They're going to implement a skill ranking system in time. I don't think that the had it ready in time for release, so they're going to add it in a title update later.
I liked it. It was a lot tougher than the other campaigns, but was still pretty good. My only issue was how OP the promethean knights are, but that's just a minor issue.
They're both about equal to me. I started using the Arctic Skin BR and have defeated people using the DMR easily. They've also defeated me with the DMR easily. It's about player skill, not the gun you choose.
Ways to kill the Mantis:
1. Banshee bomb it. Pretty easy
2. Sniper. The sniper rifle will break its shield in 2 hits and do major damage with the other two. Reload and finish it.
3. Plasma Pistol. The Mantis is easy to emp with the overcharge from the plasma pistol.
4. Teamwork. One person snipes it while another drive the banshee. Or maybe you all just start shooting it. It's easy to take down if you have some help.
A weak armed forces? Are you joking? The U.S. spends the most on it's military out of any country in the world. Money that should be going to more important things.
1a. Try to fake sick and skip school on Nov. 6.
1b. If step 1a fails, slowly suffer through the school day.
2. Go home and start playing Halo 4.
3. Skip school on Nov. 7
4. Play Halo 4 until I pass out from exhaustion.
You get all the skins from your pre-order at the start, but the other skins will be unlocked as you progress through the non-skill ranking system and specializations.
