Hi Everyone Thanks for the replies, my son was AFK and did quit from games cause he had school in the morning, so he is no longer playing in the morning to stop this happening. He has been banned and when he came back onlline his armour and credits were all reset to 0. Is there anyway he can get this back from Bungie or 343i? ,

Hi Please can anyone help me I lost my Ranking on Halo Reach, after being banned from matchmaking just for a few minutes, then when I was allowed back on I was de-ranked from a Colonel to Recruit. Can someone tell me whether my account has been hacked or is this something that I need to take further with 343? Thanks for your help Canvoodoo
