Co-op Campaign is still having tons of issues, the best thing you could do is submit a bug report and wait for them to patch it later.. You may just have to go through it solo and have your co op partner rejoin you after.

I thought there were skins in 4 in MCC.. Maybe I should check again..

I personally didn't find the BR to be that strong.. 5 bursts seems fine to me.. But I agree with the rank suggestion. It is pretty annoying to have to go so far for that.
