After I ate my dinner, I was surprised to know that I was going on a 2 mile bike ride than run. I'm sore in more spots than I could ever imagine.

2 mile ride is so easy, try a 50 mile ride in hills, i did that for school, and surprise because i wasnt sore or anything. Must be because im so unfit my body just couldnt be bothered making me sore lol.

The bike ride was easy, it was the run that was difficult. I kept tripping over branches and stepping into holes.
