    I don't think it's fake necessarily because AdjutantReflex wasn't really "fake." That's basically what this guy is, he leaves encrypted messages that are hints to the next Halo game. I also think ghost713 is a rampant AI or some sort of virus or the code that AIs use when they go rampant.
