I think the Forward Unto Dawn gets taken into a Shield World and Chief is put inside a Dyson Sphere where he comes across huge open areas like being on a Halo but inside a planet.

If we're counting technicalities firedune then we can't actually say that IS a Stalker Form for sure. It just really resembles one. There's no full body image. And if it is one then why wouldn't it be possible for a Stalker Form to appear in Halo 4?
