    This is what I came up with after a couple months of tweaking the transmission: "The mass collection of objects is not... dead. They don't have faith, like you do." You're still going to hear background noise from the transmission and static because I couldn't get rid of that but that is what I hear or at least will myself to hear when I play it. I believe the "mass collection of objects" is referring to a Gravemind. And when it says "They don't have faith, like you do," it is someone speaking to John. Possibly someone higher up in the Forerunner hierarchy, my speculation would be the Librarian. This is not 100% accurate, it's just what I came up with. If you hear something different feel free to post it and if you want to youtube convert my transmission video and tweak it yourself you can do so too. Enjoy..

    Actually dude if you've seen the First Look video even with sprint and thruster the game looks close to Halo 3 multiplayer. I mean obviously you haven't seen it or you wouldn't have thought there'd be campaign based multiplayer maps. 343 will succeed because they listen to their community, if you've played the title update for Reach you'll notice reticule bloom was taken out of a few playlists if that's what was bothering you and sprint is out of MLG. You can't judge the game months before it comes out.

    I assumed he was Halsey's "Spartan guardian" in the definitive edition of Fall of Reach but as stated above me that's not for certain. I don't see him fitting into the Halo 4 campaign at all however. Or 5 or 6

    I agree I think that adds to the competitive aspect of Halo specifically in MLG and don't really mind the voice actor but I could see how that'd annoy the crap out of everyone else. You can still do it in Reach's MLG. I also agree on team objective coming back.

    Th covenant are confirmed to be in Halo 4 but they will be the least of our problems as stated earlier and not all elites are on our side. The elites have split into separatist and loyalist factions and as for the drones I doubt we'll be seeing them ever again

    It was said in the First Look video that the maps are completely new not even based off campaign areas. As for dlc idk I'd want some good ones back.

    It should've been 40 because although it had a short campaign it had a really good one. It told a great story using multiple viewpoints. It's the game that MADE firefight, it introduced firefight to Halo. That's why it should've kept that price.

    There are but he's saying that his new one is coming out after Halo 4's release. I know there'll be a sequel to Glasslands for sure. The way it ended, there's no way Karen Traviss isn't working on one.
