With the ending of the Halo World Championships now well in our past and Counter-Logic Gaming crowned the victors there have been numerous roster changes in the Halo 5: Guardians pro circuit among many teams. Here are some changes reported from my favorite Halo eSports source, halo.esportspedia.com:
March 22nd, following the loss to CLG in HWC, Cratos and Suspector left Team Allegiance. Commonly of Evil Geniuses left this same day and was replaced by Cratos who left ALG.
March 23rd, Naded also leaves Allegiance leaving El Town to be the only member left.
On April 5th, El Town also left Team Allegiance leaving them without a roster. Naded joined Optic Gaming this same day after a couple of its members left joining Halo 3 vets Ace (who didn't rejoin until April 9th) and Flamesword and competitive player since Halo 2: MaNiaC.
April 9th, alongside Ace leaving Team Liquid to rejoin Optic Gaming, Huke and bubu dubu are released from Denial. They didn't leave they were released! The two best players!
In wake of this, two days later on April 11th, Huke and bubu dubu join Cratos (previously from Allegiance) and Shooter (previously from a not-well-known team named Winterfox) to create a brand new team named Enigma6.
April 14th, two members left Renegades and those spots have been filled by Commonly (previously from EG) and Penguin (previously from eLevate).
This thread is for Halo 5: Guardians eSports news, roster changes, tournament and general discussions including favorite teams, players, etc. Personally I've been a fan of Snip3down, Roy, and Lunchbox since Halo 3 and that makes me a pretty big, but disappointed, EG fan.
The next event will be a mini-tournament at PAX East on April 24th featuring:
Evil Geniuses
Snip3down
Roy
Lunchbox
Suspector
Team EnVyUs
Mikwen
Rayne
iGotUrPistola
eL TowN
Enigma6
Huke
bubu dubu
Cratos
