Another great night but it's only getting better as new and more submissions come in. If you have FINISHED maps that are already tested that you would like to submit then send me a message on Xbox and put it in your your file share. The best map each week will get Microsoft points awarded to them along with other rewards that YOU can earn through trivia and special game tournaments Here is what I still have left to give out. Custom game night was amazing! I have sent the codes for over 60 games of double XP, microsoft points, and awards. I have started a new element of custom game night where the players vote for their favorite maps. The winner this week was Wraith2098 with his map Reactor. Second place was Spades N AZ with Glass Juicebox. Then Squally Debeanz, K Disc K, Alzarahn all had 2 votes a piece with Drainage, Citylimits Cliffside, and Battle Sphere in respective order. Even though I have had over 140 maps now submitted, yours still could be chosen. Message me on Xbox and have it in your fileshare so I can download it. Hope to have a solid turnout again next week. See you all there! If you would like to join the lobby becomes open at 6 pm AZ time but fills quick. If you dont get in then send me a message that is texted with "inv" and I will make room for you.

BTW I have stocked up on double experience points, avatar items, skins, and microsoft points as prizes for the grand re-opening of custom game night. Come prepared for trivia on Halo but thats all I can say. Hahahahaha see you there it's going to be a good night tonight.

Is it wrong to have a dream? Although executed poorly, which is just a lack of experience, I say aim high with your goals man and take one step at a time. 343 could use some input on this game in many areas from the community. That's why there are great forums like this one. When it comes to offering input on forging then it's best to have created a name for yourself first. Let's take one of our own forum members Oakley Hi Def for example. He consistently produces great maps both aesthetically and gameplay wise. Even with the few that know him, 343 has not offered to fly him to Seattle to tour the studio and have lunch with Frankie, just saying. The value of the players and community has dwindled since the takeover of Bungie and it is up to us to respectfully earn that back through positive criticism and support of 343. If we don't build a positive strong relationship with 343 then we loose Halo.

For those of us who have moved on to Halo 4, it would be nice to be able to just see Halo 4 submissions vs. all the old Halo Reach submissions mixed together. Just an idea but it would be greatly appreciated.

All right guys 3 days and counting. I already have tons of maps to choose from but that doesn't mean you can't still get yours submitted. This Friday Nov 30th 6:00 AZ time(use your phone to see your time difference) the chaos, fun, laughter, and amazing games begin again. Xbox limits us to only 100 friends so obviously I can't add you all. I usually only friend long-term acquaintances anyway. But there are plenty of ways to find me and this custom game night. Absolute Dog, 343 industries, and Spectral Jester are a few places to check first. During the game night I will not be able to listen to a bunch of long voice-mails If you send me one, it will not be checked until after the event. If you would like to join then simply send me a TEXT which says "INV". The lobby can only hold 16 so be patient. As people leave I will send out invites to those who have requested to join. It's a first come first serve basis and I hope to meet a lot of you. It's always fun to have new players join us. The maps that will be played during this night have already been tested and tried. Please don't ask to TEST or PLAY your map. Just send me a message on XBOX to check out your map and make sure that it is in your file share with whatever gametype is required for it and it just might get played during a custom game night. Ways to get booted: -being negative or attacking any player in a none respectful way but tea-bagging the S#!T out of them is ok -overly harassing or vulgar language to any player but trash talk as long as it stays fun -playing music, phone calls, or any other disruptive behavior that overpowers the mics -staying in a party chat bubble so you can't hear about the rules for game types -being A.F.K. during a game. I do role call periodically after short bathroom, grab-a-beer, and smoke breaks and before I start a game -bottom line and simply said just don't be "that guy/girl/grunt/spartan" that ruins the fun -you don't have to LOVE every map but your negative comments spread and will get you booted. Save your comments as positive criticism in the lobby afterwards. The Forger might be present. Remember that all are welcome but d-bags get booted. Come have fun, trash talk, laugh, cry whatever but keep it friendly.

Tonight's underground custom game night was surprisingly an amazing turnout. 5 hours of a full 16 person lobby. Unfortunately, this will be the last one until Nov 30th. This will give forgers several weeks to create or recreate their favorites. When I first started this custom game night there was no intentions of it becoming a big event yet it has. Thank you for everyone's support and input which has created epic Friday nights. Thank you for the members of THFE who have joined in and added their maps. When Halo 4 is released I will be making this account primarily for forging and custom games so I will have space to add friends. Sorry that so many of you have tried to join and have been unsuccessful. Dog and I will find a way to make it easier to accomidate more people each week. Thank you for your submissions, feedback, and gameplay. Keep Halo alive and support the next generation of forgers. Thank you again. Custom game night will be happening this Friday! Sorry for the few weeks off but i graduated at the top of my class with honors. I was also awarded additional awards for my research done on Fibromyalgia and for being published. Yes that right, next year if you attend a college or university and take a pathology class then there is a good chance you might find out my real name...haha. It will be great to game again regualrly with you guys and shoot our friends in the face. Noah I realize that it says sat but it was moved to Fri over 6 months ago. Send a message to "Spades N AZ" anytime on Fri and when I get game night going I will be happy to get you in. The first half hour is the best time. After that I have a hard time getting all the requests in because it stays full.

Equinoxe I am glad to see others hosting custom game night. With me nearing my graduation I have cut down custom game night on Fri to only about 4 hours(previously 8 hours). In support of your game night please feel free to ask for content if you ever need some. I have over 400 maps which I have taken the time to review and test to proove worthy for custom game night events. I also cannot fit everyone in on Fridays and if you wouldn't mind would like to refer them over to you so that everyone can get involved. Keep Reach alive and good gaming!

I know that the post for custom game night says Sat but for the last 6months it has been running on Friday night. I hope this doesn't cause any problems with overlapping for you. I am stoked to see more people hosting custom game nights. I have over 400 maps if you ever need more content for your game night. I have already tested and approoved them which will save you time. I used to do 8 hour game nights but just can't afford the time with graduation coming up so I usually end it after 4 hours. It would be nice to be able to refer my groups to someone if thats ok with you?

I have a basketball map called Monkeyball. Must be played with the gametype that I made for it. I would love to check out your version too.

You guys should join us Friday nights starting at 6 AZ time. I thought that Reach was a dying breed but last night prooved me wrong. I apologize to all the people who sent me messages to get them in and I couldn't. Literally if anyone quit then the space was filled instatnly. It was one of the busyist nights in months. BTW I have 3 weeks left of school so I promise after that I will try to be more active on here. For anyone who has sent me messages or I have not responded to your post then I apologize. Life is crazy when your dreams are huge. Luckly my dreams are coming true every day.

Although I am not able to be very active with my forums the game night is still going strong. All those who have sent me messages I need to appoligize to not responding. If you would like to join in on custom game night then send Spades N AZ a TEXT not voice message saying "invite". Remember that usually this game night goes on for about 6-8 hours and you can join in whenever there is a slot free. I'm not trying to be rude but please don't send me friend invites. There is just not enough room. I tend to accept one friend request from friends who are usually paired up. Like Absolute Dog and I make Quilts. Love them both but they are usually together so I only have one on the friends list. Please read the previouse rules and regulations of custom game night. Do not ask me during game play to play your game. I make some exceptions from long term friends who I can trust. I do this only to keep the game night rolling strong without "that guy" loading all his maps or "that guy" who likes to abuse power. Send me a message any time during the week and I will save it. Then on custom night when I send out the mass invite you will recieve one too. Remember that all are welcome but d-bags get booted. This week will be a great one as long as I get moved in time. I am moving Friday and hope to at least get my living room set up in time for game night. I have had some great maps submitted by some friends. The people with a little less of a name in the forge world have come up with some amazing maps. One of them was actually a first time map which was great. Other friends who have submitted are DIEabolical D, Timmypanic, Ducain 23, Darth Human, and LegitxProxMaster. Please remember.....the rules are simple. Have an active mic but don't overwhelm the talking so that people can meet and share ideas, criticism, and positive feedback. Be respectful(especially to woman). The most important rule is to have fun and let others have fun. I love the imagination you brought to Halo and were able to not only create it but make it a great playable map with interesting visuals.

Due to the events that occured last night custom game night will be invitation only now. Don't worry though you can still join. This just prevents "that guy" from coming in and being an idiot like they guy who got booted 4 times last night. There has also been votes to have another custom game night. I'm thinking Wed for 2-3 hours and Sat for 2-3 hours instead of just one epic long night. Let me know if that works for you guys.

I need help from someone who is good at gametypes. I have just made a map that works for infection, invasion, slayer, CTF, FFA, assault, etc. Yeah pretty much everything. Someone help please!

I'm starting this thread in hopes that we can utilize each others talents. The more forgers I meet the more I have noticed that some are especially gifted in one area more than some others. I am personally definitely an aesthetic forger. Whereas some of my friends are good at game play, making switches, gametypes, etc. I am hoping that by posting where your talents are, that we can bring out the best in each of our maps.
