So, as much flak as Im gonna take for this statement.. I havent read the forerunner saga. I have no desire too. Ive always disliked Greg Bear an I was pretty upset when I found out he was writing the series an yes, I have tried. I started the first book in the series but still cant drag myself through it. Yet Ive read every other Halo novel. Moving on. People are the forums are ranting about the events in the series an how itll play out into H4. Ive learned that apparently 343 Guilty Spark is still alive. Woohoo. An something about a Didact or whatever? So can someone give me a bit of a summary? Without the obvious "ohemgee just buy the books!" No. I cant stand Greg Bear. Get over it.

Ah this made me laugh. You my friend are so wrong its absurd, theyre more equal if anything. Besides, theres so much more action in the books. A perfect example is the "Fall Of Reach," the book had way more action then the actual game.

Interesting idea for vehicles no lie. Driving a warthog in first person would be pretty intense. But for assassinations ? Eh Im good, I enjoy it going into 3rd person. If anything first person would take away from it.

Im so glad Im not the only one who feels that way about H2 Campaign. But honestly, if you care that much, go buy gold. I mean 60 bucks for a year compared to what other companies/games (world of warcraft, DC Universe, Final Fantasy whatever)charge it isnt that harsh. An personally firefight got pretty damn old. It was amazing at first but eventually.. eh :l lackluster.

I felt the same way for awhile, but then I really looked back at Halo Reach. Bungie was tired an done with the Halo franchise. Im more than willing to support a company who actively wants to impress their fan base, that looks at what the community wants an trys to shape that into the game. Bungie just did what they wanted, not necessarily want we wanted/needed. Regardless, give them some time. They have monstrous shoes to fill.

Yeah the ship is supposed to be FULL of Spartan IVs so hopefully well see some.. It kind of threw me off seeing the trailer for Halo 4, all the screaming soldiers.. I hope those pansys arent Spartans

That game was amazing. I miss those intense moments of holding out with no reinforcements, trying to bleed the enemy dry. Too bad Battle Front 3 will never be :thumbdown:

I dunno where you get 18 people, i always get low hundreds, but i agree. Theres no one really on, Im thinking they need to just make Noble free. Honestly I think the majority of the market has left Reach.. so why not reward the loyal fans?

So Im making a post to debate the information released by GameInformer (an other places Im sure) some what recently. Im a bit curious as to what everyone got excited about or in some cases, disappointed by. First up is the whole "Spartan Ops" In some ways Im really excited for it, but at the same time, Im getting a very "arena-y" taste in my mouth over it. Arena was this huge ordeal when Reach was released, Bungie kept harping on how it was going to change MP an all sorts of awesomeness were being applied to it. It flopped. So Im a little nervous about getting my hopes up over something like this.. But! If it works out.. amazing. Second on the long list, the idea of a storyline about multiplayer. Ehhh, Ive played Halo since the beginning an Ive never questioned why Blue is fight Red. Who really cares that much? Besides, if your that curious watch Red vs Blue. Cabose will explain it all. Or the director will. Next, the thing that upsets me most. Loadouts. Please, for the love of Chief no. Why would this be a good idea? 343 is taking the balance MP has had since the beginning an throwing it away apparently. If anything whats to stop a team of campers from spawning with shotguns an hanging out in a single room? Another, different Abilities. Mainly, no more armor lock. Thank freaking god. Plus something called "Forerunner vision." Which makes me think of Xray vision through walls maybe? Anti camping tool FTW? Yes please. Last an most certainly least, they have no plans for Firefight. Honestly I dont know how to react to this. I used to love firefight, but its gotten a bit old. So hopefully they replace it with something new an exciting. So guys this is all my opinion obviously, but what are you guys excited or disappointed about? An what are your thoughts on what Ive said?

You can't really argue CoD is horrible when mw3 sold more copies than pretty much anything, Ever. An example? Halo Reach sold around 4 million copies in the first week, while Mw3 sold more than 9 million in the first day alone. So please people. Just because you don't like a game doesn't mean it sucks. I would agree. But 343 is keeping the credit ranking system. So it is like COD.

Im mixed on it. 9 times out of 10 its some try hard kid convinced "OMFGZ tha hit boxes r smaller broney!" So eh, maybe if it went off your avatar being female?

I can't agree more, I was a bit confused about how bungie just threw the storyline an characters to the wind like that. I mean really? Where were the huge Spartan battles in Fall Of Reach? But apparently there are Spartan 4s in H4. So hopefully the same problem won't arise..

Apparently getting disconnected from the server (even though the game says game over an I get my credits) is now considered quitting. Reach is hitting an all time low.. I pray H4 doesn't have these problems. Seriously. Fix these server problems someone.

It isn't the best? More like it doesn't even work. Period. But thank you for the advice Ill look into it. I don't remember saying anything rude towards anyone, but Im sure as you NOT being a moderator you would know.

Most High Ranks that suck seem to have an Insane amount of Firefight kills.
