  1. The new trailer just came out, It's at that link if you want to check it out, looks okay, more or less Modern Warfare only different.
  2. I was going through the RVB videos and have concluded that the shotgun in them would appear to be the Halo Reach model. They were probably using it as to not give away the new one. I cropped it from the video: *sorry for white space* Now here's a Halo Reach model If you look closely, you'll see there are no actual differences between the two. The only noticable changes are that there aren't any visible lights on the Halo 4 shotgun. (sorry if this is already known, just felt like posting) Edit: some of you have confused what I meant to say. They were using the Halo Reach model in the RvB video as it's an earlier build(or they didn't want to give it away). There's probably a new shotgun model that will be used when the game comes out.
  3. They should've stayed in the 60's with Mason.
  4. ODST Armor, and a helmet(preferably a pilot or Mk.VI) that comes with maps of Earth preinstalled. Everyone else keeps saying spartan armor, but that thing would kill you the first time you put it on. Also a UNSC frigate, fully armed and fully manned would be nice.
  5. Even if there is an open beta(which there very likely won't be), it would serve only for input on minor bugs. I very much doubt that major gameplay mechanics would be changed, such as custom classes or whatever new features they have put in.
  6. I'm going to preorder it when they update what type of editions there will be, plus when they start showing a lot more gameplay.
  7. I want a larger campaign, both with mission size and map size, making it almost sandbox but retaining the Halo nature. New unique vehicles and weapons, that become the new halo standard. I want interactive forge objects, I don't care much for AI and weather, but numerous forge worlds would be nice. Also, I got very sick of the forerunner nature(grey, all look the same, none have a "wow" aspect) of the blocks and objects in forge, I wish that there are more styles, like human, covenant and forerunner for each object.
  8. I would like it to have new aesthetics, but if I had to choose I'd go with a refined version of the Reach Banshee. Also I would keep the Halo 3 unlimited boost and bomb style, but would incorporate the Halo Reach special maneuvers. The Halo 3 maneuvers seem very stiff and slow to me.
  9. Or possibly even Spartan Vs. Forerunner, which seems less likely though.
  10. The grunt looks awesome, but the elite...meh. I don't like where they've gone with the armor, now it looks less futuristic and more sculpted. Also, I dislike the new skin pattern for the elites, also the foot armor looks rather strange to me :/
  11. I always thought it would be cool for there to be an Fps where you are in a special part of a military which is using drone infantry. Due to playing as a drone, you would get special abilities like being able to percieve things in slow-motion, built in tools like knives, or thermal/night-vision. You can switch through multiple modes like weapon, hand-to-hand, movement; In weapon mode it would be the regular fps controls, where you have a gun, you can shoot, walk, jump, sprint, the usual. In hand-to-hand mode, you can disarm an opponent that isn't expecting it or wants to fight you also, and initiate a hand-to-hand fight, which happens in a very mild slow motion which both you and your opponent experience. This allows for you to react with the correct blocks and attacks. In campaign only opponents that are enemy drone infantrymen can react to these hand-to-hand fights. In movement, you basically get controls that allow for parkour movement, that lets you chase opponents and run away. Also, since I like sandbox games, you can travel in space to several planets which are decently sized. You can travel by syncing your drone to drone-capable vehicles(which would be most of them), this allows a cool fps style of control. Also, if I was in charge, I would make a very detailed HUD which could open feeds from friends in matchmaking, or in campaign to gain advantages. Also, the graphics would have to be insane for me to be proud of what I'd done.
  12. BF3 of course, it simply has way more stuff to do and use than in MW3. Plus, the graphics and sound are great which makes it all the more epic.
  13. The symbol above the map looks suspiciously like an armor ability, maybe Forerunner vision?

  15. It's gonna be a bit annoying to have police chasing you all the time due to breaking the speed limit. Everything else sounds awesome
  16. Awesome video! The RVB crew look so odd doing their thing in Halo 4 though, also the shotgun hasn't changed at all I think.
  17. Even so, I am disappointed that certain things like particle effects, and spartan movement like walking and meleeing are virtually unchanged. In the game informer pictures, the grunt that is being thrown by the exploding grenade is in the exact same pose as the Reach grunts. I was hoping they would change these things :/
  18. The cons are that you will probably join games that are near ending most of the time. Also the team you join will likely be losing most of the time, which is why the person whose spot you filled left in the first place.
  19. The joining in progress thing is undoubtedly the worst thing I've heard of. Honestly quitters were never that big of an issue for me, and they make better bragging rights when you win. Forerunner vision may be useful in some gametypes, although I feel like it may turn out to be the Armor Lock of this game as it brings in a somewhat unfair element.
  20. I'm thinking the cube may represent an armor ability, possibly forerunner vision, as it shows a cube within a cube. The DMR looks terrible in my opinion. I have reason to believe it's a fake, because if you look at the shadow cast by the scope, it seems to curve, and doesn't seem right. Maybe this DMR is a prototype or an older model that they were thinking about using?

  22. Nice find dude! The AR hasn't changed too much, but they have made it look pretty good with small changes. I'm happy that it isn't a modified Halo Reach AR.
