  1. i agree. the Ark was definately not in human space, and thats where Chief originally went into his cryo sleep. But, he did float around space for 4 years. If the UNSC did not recognize the remains of the ship that he was in, then hes probably not in human space
  2. if you havent gotten any of the hints yet, the didact is going to be in halo 4. but two things to talk about, 1) the book hasnt come out yet, so we dont know if it is real 2) if its halopedia, anyone could have edited it to say that
  3. yep, its all going to be about the fall damage..... especially when ejecting from a ghost
  4. i think the halo 3 one should be brought back too. With the reach system, AFK players could just keep going through games with nothing to stop them
  5. it probably seems logical that they would be more powerfull thatn the covenant weapons, but i think it would make some of the gameplay a bit unbalanced, so i would assume they are equal in their own ways
  6. its good for those who dont like spoilers, but i like spoilers
  7. the thing is, that there is no real cure for the flood. The flood decides whther or not it wants to infect something, and this "cure" that the humans had was probably something that made the flood not want to infect people. And the humans did get rid of their "cure" as a last act of vengeance against the forerunners. I will be discussing some of this is in a new topic that i am making, which will include all we know about the Didct and the forerunners coming into halo 4
  8. from the first person view, it looks like its shaped similar to plasma pistol, but it has a forerunner look. I wonder what kind of role this weapon will have in the gameplay..... the plasma pistol was used for breaking shields and EMPs, the magnum was used for finishing off players with a quick headshot, but what will this new gun be like??
  9. thats something that actually concerns me. The new xbox is going to have some powerfull software inside of it, so we are probably going to have to buy it at a very high price. Maybe instead of $300, it would end up like $600
  10. i dont know. I just found the comparrison of the symbols on google images, so it may not be the correct color. but lets think about this combat mode thing....the blue prometheans that we have seen were engaged in combat, but they were still blue
  11. i dont think being able to customize individual armor pieces would end up well. Spartans are meant to soldiers, not walking rainbows. People would be mixing up too many colors and stuff. but i do like the new idea of the armor skins which look very cool. I would also like a large variety of visors colors
  12. start up a business... "Banshees! Get your Banshees now! Banshees"
  13. this is very good question though about how the forerunner weapons will damage players. I think it may end up like the brute spikers, where they damage both shields and health at a moderate amount
  14. but still, you cant expect there will be no consequences at all for quitting
  15. from what we know, the name assualt carbine was just a placeholder name for the storm rifle. if not, then you may be correct
  16. well, the Didact does have a hatred for humans. He was a leader in the forerunner-human war, he lost all of his offspring in that war, and he was outraged when he discovered the manlte was meant for the humans. In the tenth terminal in halo CE evolved anniversary, 343 guilty spark is talking about the Didact at the end of it. He specifically says "and without the Librarian to temper his rage, those Reclaimers would almost prefer the flood". Humans are reclaimers, and this means the Didact is a threat to humanity. We can also assume he is very dangerous, because its pretty hard to prefer the flood over any other foe. But i am not sure how the Didact would have had a human as an ally. I'm pretty sure it was before he knew that humanity was supposed to inherit the mantle, so this may have a factor in this. Or i also have the idea that he wanted to use the humans for something, but he never got to do it. Thats probably why the promethens kept chief alive at the end of the campaign demo, becuase the Didact still needs a human for something we dont know
  17. all of this info we have either seen in the campaign demo or has been confirmed by 343i. Its all legit so far
  18. the two spartans may be, but not the marine. That would suck if you were playin campaign wit hfriends and they're all spartans. Then you get stuck being a marine with no shields and low jumps and stuff
  19. i would really like one with a big boom
  20. personally, i dont like the Mk. V but its a classic
  21. unknown for now. There is already another topic like this so this may be locked
