i don't understand the hate either.... she hasn't really done anything wrong, so it doesn't make sense to me when people hate on her

I'm not so thrilled with this idea. I can see that intent is to encourage "teamwork" in a sense and limit the amount of ordinance weapons on the battlefield. There is a major flaw though, at least in my opinion. Why should the player with 2 kills receive ordinance while his teammate with 15 kills is rewarded with nothing? One player worked hard to earn his points, but the teammate that is least contributing gets the reward instead

They need to fulfill the needs of both parties as bungie did with halo 3. Having both social and competitive playlists will be an important step in making halo 5 successful

That would be quite the twist on the plot of halo if that was the case. I have never looked into the motives of the innsurrectionists, so there may be some truth that has been hidden from us. Maybe the UNSC is the enemy, but it doesn't seem like it would be a smart move for 343i. They have disappointed a large part of the halo fanbase, and this would be too drastic of a change in the plot. Some fans would be thrilled, but I believe that the majority would only turn against 343i. Most people would prefer to keep the plot of humanity struggling to save itself from the ruthless alien alliance.

As wombat said, there is no chance that this thing in the picture is a war sphinx. The descriptions so appear similar for their purpose, but the size is nowhere near comparable

It is great to have all of those questions flood your mind when a brief teaser like this comes out. Hopefully we can bring back those great fiction discussions that we had before the plot of halo 4 was spoiled.... to get on topic, this trailer was shown at E3 today (i apologize for the extra commentary that was in the video) I am going to analyze what i noticed in the brief trailer and any information will most likely be a theory of mine. any other opinions or speculations will add even more depth to a discussion like this 1) The Environment - terrain is desert-like, a sandstorm appears to be occuring at the time - extreme and isolated, jagged rocks can be seen in the surroundings - Chief could have have been exiled to die by the UNSC for possible war crimes - Chief may have gone rogue because of the UNSC's actions towards Halsey in Spartan Ops - Chief is searching for something, which appears to be the giant "ship" that appears from the ground - no evidence of any life, besides the "ship" 2) Master Chief - wearing a tattered cloak, has the same armor seen in halo 4 - the cloak does not seem necessary considering he is heavily armored, possibly just an element to add mystery to the trailer - Chief may be cloaked to conceal his true figure from an enemy, or to conceal weapons - Chief has no visible weapons with him, this suggests isolation from the UNSC - he seems to know what he is looking for, no prior details to suggest how or why 3) Chief's Hand - chief has a metalic object that he pulls from the cloak - it appears to be a dog tag from the shape and the chain that it is attached to - the object itself may seem too large and complex to be a dog tag - Chief has an emotional attachment to whatever the object represents, seen as he tightly grips it 4) the "ship" - massive mechanical object has been buried beneath the surface of the planet - the gravity shifts above the area where the "ship" was buried right before it comes up (floating rocks) - at its full form, the "ship" has the form of a massive bird or dragon - the parts of the ship are not physically connected, but they maintain the shape of the "ship", this greatly suggests that it is forerunner architecture -does not appear to be organic - orange lights can be seen on the "ship", similar to the orange glow of prometheans, *orange is a color that is often associated with corruption - possible "super-promethean" or promethean warship - appears as a menacing threat, but does not show any aggression towards Chief and that is all i have for now. I tried to keep it short and sweet by using bullet points, so i hope the information made sense. Please feel free to argue any of my speculations or share your own

I have recently been exposed to a lot of music and I have become interested in producing my own audio. The field is very intriguing to me, and I would like to see what I am capable of as an amateur. I was hoping to get a recommendation for music production software that I can download. Yes, I can always just search this on google, but I wanted to see if anyone here in the community has any prior experience. Something free would be prefect, but I would prefer more than just a trial version of a program. I would specifically be trying to produce hip hop beats if that detail is of any importance *just some prior experience with this field please don't recommend Audacity. me and that program just don't get along. Also, I have worked with the FL studio trial. I figured it out easily, but it just doesn't allow me to save any work that is not finished. I can only save once I have completed an entire beat or else I lose the file

Ok, well I think that I actually figured this out on my own. To start, almost half of my library consists of free mixtapes that I downloaded from soundcloud. So I separated all of those from the iTunes purchased songs because they were already mp3. Then I gave the converter on iTunes another shot, and it seemed to work.... But here is where I get confused.... When I tried to originally drag a playlist from iTunes into the SD card, it would pop up with an error message and it just wouldn't work. When I tried dragging groups of individual songs, they transferred right to the SD card, even the ones that were not in mp3 format! I'm not exactly sure how that appears to work now, but I checked and the musics plays just fine on my phone too. I appreciate the help from you guys though. Thank you very much

i also firmly believe that the flood will make a return. 1) halo has always had a "third party" to make things interesting, rather than just the human/covenant conflict. Since requiem was destroyed in its collsion with a star, the prometheans are not likely to play a role in future halos. the flood will most likely come to fill in that gap 2) the plot of halo 4 focused somewhat on the history of the forerunners, and they made their first appearance into the game. the Didact is presumed to be dead, and the librarian was destroyed with requiem, so i think this will open an opportunity for precursors to come into the story. I have a hunch that precurors will return to the galaxy, because they were formlerly driven out by the forerunners 3) it has been said that halo 5 will be the "darkest" halo game yet. No doubt that means the flood. Maybe we will even get more of a survival/horror experience besides opening doorways to a spectacular plot, i think the flood can bring other new opportunities such as the coveted "flood firefight".

the carbine would be a devastating weapon in swat. It has a good amount of lethal distance and the rate of fire is insane. In this case, i believe that it would be an overpowered weapon. the light rifle would work as a balance between the DMR and BR. the slow rate of fire with 3 shot bursts from the BR, and the sheer distance of the scoped DMR. this weapon could definately find its place in swat

hello, its Victory. I'm not completely knowledgable when it comes to tech stuff like like, so i would really appreciate some help. recently i purchased an 8gb micro SD card to utilize in my smartphone. my phone has limited internal memory, so i wanted to add memory space in order to store music on the device. I have always used itunes for music on my computer, but my smartphone runs on Android software. this is where i am running into trouble As i have read on numerous websites, itunes files are almost always protected as a certain type of audio file (I believe it is mp4 or AAC). Anyways, i cannot copy any of my itunes-purchased music to SD card because of this. I have read, though, that it is possible to convert itunes audio files to an mp3 format so they can be easily moved to other devices. Itunes has an audio converter on its software already, but this has not worked for me, and i do not want to risk permenantly ruining the original quality of the music. If anyone knows of any programs that can easily convert itunes audio files, it would aid me greatly. i need to get a playlist of about 750 songs on to the SD card (almost half of them are already mp3 format). Preferably free software too. If there is another method to do this, please let me know as well *i have already tried using doubletwist and tuneclone converter, but i have not been able to use either of them the way i need to

I agree with the original post. A new character that fights alongside master chief will be a positive addition to the campaign. Many players were disappointed by the halo 4 campaign, and I believe that having no physical companions takes away emotion from the plot. Having a character that experiences the same events as master chief builds a sense of attachment which allows for a better story to be played out. halo 4 seemed to have an often lonely campaign, and cortana could not fulfill this role because she was not involved in the combat and she had no physical character to fight alongside with. Having the arbiter and noble team in previous games made campaigns much more enjoyable and engaging, so a big step for 343I would be adding a new comrade for chief
