May I ask for a source to the information about how the railgun fires?

We talked about this previiously. The majority of us thought that this would provide to many ways for players to hack the game. Computers have become more untrustworthy over the years. Also we don't know how games will function on the next gen console. So some features on that might not work on the pc for halo 5 and 6

The nelkrons we believe were made up by somebody on waypoint. I didn't find any information on them besides on the forum. I searched for around an hour. -
