I would not use that in oddball or flood. It seems to be one of those places where you can only look one place at one time.

I am just saying it is 100% fair. If you are firings from getting hit with a DMR then spawn with a DMR and kill them. People asked to have everything be fast pace so here you go.

Because the reason it was not included is not because they forgot to. Somewhere along the line they decided that NO. We will not make invasion or assault in halo 4. So I do not think they will change their minds unless there is a incredibly strong force in the community asking for it to be implemented in the future.

Very nice thread. You describe the DMR and BR perfectly as I would think of them. I also prefer the AR and do believe that it should have greater accuracy as well.

As much as this thread needs to be locked I completely agree with you. People are complaining way too much about how the DMR is unfair. People... If you and someone has a DMR then you are both equally available to kill the other person. It is like giving two people a test. The smartest person will do better. The most skilled person will do better. Now for those who complain that they get the first shot that means they are being more strategic than you and that they probably worked to get to the position they are in to kill you. The same position you could have got in as well.

It sounds more like your controllers messed up. I would test out your d-pad in the menu and see how it works when you hit down. I was flying around in a banshee on vahalla and saw a SAW floating in midair. There are definetly a few glitches with the ordnance. But I enjoy its addition as well.

Post your opinions as well. I like the DMR for large maps, BR for medium sized and AR for close ranged maps. I have not tried out the suppresor yet but I will soon. The carbine is a little weak. I think it should be a 7 shot kill instead of 8. -
Magnum on small maps and plasma pistol on vehicle maps. I would use the bolt shot if you could hold the shotgun like you can hold a charge with the plasma pistol.

If you betray your teammates then you are an idiot. If he is able to hold the ball for that long then he is doing something right. Who is the greedy one? The guy holding the balk or the guy killing his teammates for the ball? I have been enjoying oddball though so far. Stealth and I have worked on passing a lot.

Possibly Grifball and Extraction. Not positive if they are all being released at once though.

I think there should be more DMR, AR, and BR spawns around the map as well. After 5 kills I run out of ammo and that is usually before I get ordnance.

I agree forge is in the dump right now, hopefully we get a bigger forgeworld in a DLC. But machinimas should be fine. Machinima dire for a and script writers are usually very creative and can adapt to maps.

I find that the tracking on the needler is a lot less powerful than in reach and halo 3. I think the saw is a better weapon since it's shots don't take a while to hit it's Target like the needler. I would prefer the SAW overall.

I think that if everyone has a DMR then it is fair. If an entire team shoots at a Mantis or banshee then it will go down fairly quick. Vehicles are used, not abused. I think the banshee bombs should do more damage in the same blast radius. This will help even it out with the mantis. And the sniper should do more vehicle damage like it did in reach. That will make the bashees a little less effective.

That would not work with the story line. It would be idiotic to bring the flood back for no reason.
