Well, to keep them from knocking your shields down and allowing others to kill you, you should take 10% more damage than you inflict on your team-mate. -

I think so too, I prefer default. But, it just depends on the person.

Efficiency all depends on the player. Some button maps are easier to others. So the mapping doesn't really matter.

I'll be celebrating Bungie Day with my friends every year. Steak dinner and some Halo. But, I am excited to venture forth and enjoy 343 Day with the community. It should be new, exciting, and probably very amusing.
