Are you alright? I hope its nothing too serious! I wish I could something to help... but all I can do is offer my advice... Just make sure your not straining yourself, make sure cold air isn't directly hitting your bare skin (it can cause inflamation and spasms, as well as aggitate bones). Make sure your posture is good and avoid high-heel shoes at all costs. Take ibuprofen with grapefruit juice and ice the areas. And get someone to massage away the rest of the pain.

Its a nerve pain. And it happens often. Never miss it though. Ah well, someday it will go away again.
